As stated by another, the vape rule and toy rule makes for good RP. Else people wouldn't hate some mayor's more than others. this is Dark ROLEPLAY for a reason. It also makes sense in a realistic sense.

 

Some mayor's make smoking illegal, holding toy guns out in public is also something bad. 

 

Some mayor's don't make bad laws

and the mayor's that do,Get assassinated most of the time, if people bother to.

Why Should You Be Unbanned:

Last night i was mass arresting people cus the mayor's rules were insane, all legal arrests ofcourse,(vaping,obvious police disrespect, toy out,weapon out,spraypainting)although people got salty and demoted because they never read the laws themselves.

There was one guy i was arresting who wore a pirate outfit and the joke was that Piracy was illegal, and they were in on it and fine, but other than that every other arrest was legal

It was getting near 2am where I live and my game crashed so i just never rejoined, but today i tried joining and im banned

 

For the following, its just an explanation of the ban:

I don't have recording of my arrests because they would have been seen as completely legal for the mayor's laws i mentioned above. 

For NiTRP: I was obviously roleplaying as a closeted pirate who was trying to arrest people for "piracy" (every other crime, i just called it that)

Toxicity: It makes sense because i kept on singing pirate sea shanties while drunk around people and screaming about piracy, but this fits into my rp character. I will go so far as to say I am one of the few players who actually want to "roleplay"

LTAP: I didn't leave to avoid punishment, i was unaware any punishment would occur(because all of my arrests were legal besides the pirate) and my game froze and crashed at 2am so i just stopped playing

ARDM in a sit: I wasn't in a sit, and didn't try to rdm anyone in it. I don't even remember being in any sit before i crashed, I think this one is false, plus I never rdm,unless its consensual. what i would do: is threaten to arrest the person with me in the sit 

In conclusion: All/most of this is false besides "toxicity" which is debatable
I didn't get to argue because my game crashed

If i would be banned for anything it would be RDA of the pirate guy, who was roleplaying with me and we were chill

I would wish for an unban, and for you to look into this further, as I did not do most of the things stated in the ban.

Another thing to mention: I would not intentionally break rules unless the other person was in on it.
