Why Should You Be Unbanned: Hello AetherNetwork members and staff. This ban I want to take serious despite my non-serious actions which leaned towards my ban. In this incident I was banned for RDM, NLR, and FailRaidx2 shown above. Now I know my history but this is one ban I simply refuse to overlook and wait out due to its nature of being ridiculous. Starting with the RDM warn, this warn was brought to the mind of Tremor from him spectating me and Ballsack reporting me Id assume. Backstory on what happened is that I saw froggy, a good friend of mine, so I decided to go ahead and stab her due to her being a friend and being normally fine with it. Now due to my lag and honest bad aim I missed and hit Ballsack unintentionally, but due to lag I presumed I hit froggy due to the hitmarker sound effect. I was not aware I hit Ballsack.  Secondly the NLR. this was me going back to PD to just go say hi, I previously died nearby because I mugged someone and Ballsack shot me. I went to just say hi to my friends Ballsack and Acmerica. I had no malicious intent in NLR I just was quite literally saying hi. Now onto the FailRaids, these were charged based on two events of me picking doors just as a joke. Once was indeed to "help" Ballsack and Acmerica escape in which he promptly shot me but I didn't mind. Second one was me and Acmerica we were next to this base with my other friend YouSetOffMyTrap inside so I just lock picked the door with struggle because of lag, proceeding in me getting shot by the base owners. I have nothing against getting killed really especially if there's reasoning behind it. I feel that I should be unbanned due to the nature of my actions being nonetheless harmless and not ruining anyone's gameplay per say.

Doesn't matter if you're messing around. You shouldn't be stabbing people that aren't messing around with you. 

It's clear Astro didn't want to be killed since you were reported and banned. Even if you just wanted to "tap" him a little with your knife that is still RDM. Even if you didn't kill him.

This is your 9th RDM warning, and your second appeal where you were "just messing around".

If you're messing around with friends fine, but don't stab random people and assume they'll be okay with it.

You had just come back from a one week ban right before this one occurred. At some point you're going to have to learn that you can't just kill people because you're messing around and they aren't. You've been unbanned for it once already, you clearly didn't learn. So this ban should not be changed in my opinion.

@TangoDown is the person that banned you so he can decide if he wants to be lenient but in my opinion this ban should stay

If you say that he was quote "not messing around with me" then why was he literally messing with me and hann, I had stabbed hann and she had frozen me in the air and he yk started laughing at me cuz she had said "laugh at him" or something like that idk (in a joking matter of course) I have learnt my lesson you just think that, I don't know if its because I am younger but I know who my friends are and who I am chill with. He seemed like he was chill so I acted in a friendly way. In a poorly worded way it may not seem that way but we were in fact messing around. 

Overall Review: Very dumb on how one can forgot something as simple as this, coming from a player who spent over 2k hours of his time on DarkRp servers which use this method of mugging it is not that hard to remember especially due to the fact it is very easy to just walk up to someone with the SPECIALIZED MUG SWEP and mug them.

I do understand that Russian has previous warns for this sort of stuff, however it is also not uncommon for people to playfully attack their friends on the server, and I believe Russian felt that Astro was a friend (or a friend of a friend) he could mess around with.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: This could help Aether by adding a new way to defend yourself against damage, this can probably be tweaked to around 2x to 1.5x, if the addon allows that,?

Why Should You Be Unbanned?: I, in my opinion, should be unbanned because I was just messing around with some friends and as usual did not expect to get into trouble. I have gotten the person who reported and got me banned to say that he wants to get me unbanned, unless in an unfortunate turn of events that he says no which will suck but hopefully he does say yes. Why Should You Be Unbanned?: I feel like I should have this ban reduced a little bit atleast by maybe a day or till the end of today. Many of the members of this server know I joke around a lot and normally are fine with it so I usually only joke with the people I have overtime figured are okay with my messing around. I did infact stab the person whom I was banned because of, but I feel that under other circumstances he, who is in question, would be fine with my jokes I had just happened to mess with him at a bad time. I do quite understand why he would've gotten mad at me for what I did as I had jumped off a building to stab him for fun but my intentions while slightly innocent did come off wrong. Me and Ballsack are seemingly friends so hopefully this can be possibly reduced? I understand this whole statement might come off as NITRP or Minge but I was just trying to have fun and laugh around with my occasional jokes. People, hopefully, by now know who I am and what I do which is build and joke around. This is my unban appeal and no matter what choice is made to either unban me, or to keep the ban I will gladly wait for me to be unbanned. I am mainly making this because I miss the server and the fun I have on it.
