Honestly, I would just say unban him, he's waited 2 days, and just wants into the server to play. Seems he cares enough to make an appeal.

If you care enough to come on here and appeal it, I would support your ban being shortened. Not removed but shrunk to a shorter time

No, idea who this guy is, he asked me in dms if he could get unbanned, I told him he would have to file for a ban appeal, i told him how to find his steam id, etc.

Haven't seen kickstart be childish, or immature never even seen him get angry in game, he's improved from ret, I really think those are past things, and not present things of what rush is, he's def improved on his behavior.

The screenshots in the video of Gibs massacring everyone with an RPG, I had 2-3 reports from newer players who didn't know Gibs was staff. They made tickets saying "Gibs Mass RDM and NITRP"

As for the other claims, I out of all the times of seeing Gibs on, have never once seen him take a sit. I've only ever seen him break rules by mass RDMing, minging, hiding in no collided boxes, etc. I remember before I got staff and was playing there were tons of problems on the server and him being the only staff online, ignored all of it to continue minging. He looked at me, listened to me let him know that people were propblocking and mass RDMing, then turned and walked away and continued MRDMing.

 

Based on my own negative experiences with Gibs, even without context I find everything in the report believable almost without a doubt.

 

However, I would still like to hear Gibs defend himself. He isn't responding to anything in discord when we've been pinging him and doesn't get on the forums so I'm not sure we will hear from him but I'm still curious to hear his perspective.

But, as well charles, you're also very mingy, you just go around, saying you have duped items etc.
You literally call out every staff member for "abusing" you're just blatantly annoying.

Hello, since charles brought this up, I'll just let you all know. 

Why I'm "Inactive" sure, I don't need to tell you guys but here it goes anyways 😉

I'm "inactive" because I have to feed my family at 18, with 2 jobs. 

No, I dont have any parents besides my grandmother, who is 84.
My mother passed away 2 years ago.
My grandpa around 2 months ago. 
Even when they both where a live, I still had to do little jobs like mowing lawns etc, just to keep lights on.
I pretty much eat scraps, just so my sister can eat a bit more then me. I wrecked my only source to go to work in around 2 weeks ago, I flipped my truck, boom 
Almost died. I am now jsut trying to save up for a new one, but guess what, I cant be on aether and making money at the same time, my bills are around $3600 a month, I work at a ranch, around 5:30am to 8am, and at sonic, from various hours, I go to school on tuesdays and thursdays for welding, I also work longer on mondays wednesdays and fridays. 
I literally put in so much work, and then I just try to get on for aether, but sometimes I'm just fucking tired and want to sleep, so please dont call me inactive whenever i have so much shit going on in my life.
I try my hardest just to get on, you guys just blander me for not being "active" I'm sorry that I'm not 14, and have parents who have jobs, I'm sorry that I cant be on for 8 hours of the day, when I'm trying to support myself and 2 other people. So please, just stop being fucking dickheads and leave my activity out of arguments. You guys also mention my intelligence to staffing? I'm sorry if you think dildozer is being for real, but hes fucking around, and joking with me. A lot of you think I don't know what I'm doing. How do you even think I got admin? I've been here for almost a year, cmon. Sure, I make fuckups, like today I brought everyone because I forgot * means everyone. But seriously, some of you have mental health issues, and it bothers me. smh. 

We're "understaffed"? no, we're perfectly staffed, sure not all staff are on 24/7 but that doesnt mean we need YOU as staff man. 
Pretty sure you're not fit for staff in any way, you're not that active, you obviously dont have that much forum activity. If you pick all of that up of what i said, 
you will be completely fit for staff and be able to get accepted, but not now. We dont NEED you as staff.

The only problem I have, is that you make to many sits of rdmx1, and seems you can't handle getting killed, other than that you're very fit for staff.
(obv you've improved or I would'nt have +1'd)
