I really think axolotl shouldn't be banned for false warn, I was there and saw Carl move a couple seconds right before the timer ended. If anything maybe a simple verbal warning for fail rp, but i honestly think carls just a little mad for a reason that doesn't make that much sense to me. If anything I think I'm a little more responsible for axos ban because I was an encouragement in discord calls also being really annoyed with carl.

He for sure had time to hear axos warning for a couple seconds, and it was in chat, but i feel somewhat responsible and kind of bad, so maybe even just a warning for him?

Originally you had warned them, but you didn't kill them after the 10s. Looking at the advert and the kill you had ~2 minute difference, which is way past 10s and kind of suspect in my opinion. You had also adverted the warn in an area different of where you shot him (PD).

I searched through your recordings on your harassment report but couldn't seem to find the clip due to dodgy recordings that had holes in-between.

As of the moment I can't give images due to deep storage not working but when I can get them I will write a new comment providing the images.

I was in a discord with him the entire time and I saw chimp, lofi, and rekuri constantly pestering him, the warn may be a little malicious but, I think because staff weren't doing anything Axo just did his best to handle the situation on his own while trying to follow rule
