Reason For Complaint: Just started killing me out of spawn for "killing other players" Literally anyone I killed was within RP reason and staff were offline so nothing I could do but record this in the clip i ask him "Why are you killing me out of spawn thats a strange activity sir" and he respond with "Cuz you're killing people" uhhh sir :

what an unprofessional response, "meming on it" "dumb thing to lie about" if you walk down the main street on a random DRP server you don't pay attention to random stuff like that for all I knew was that it was some hobo class props setup like you see on multiple other servers,

Further more Keep up this kind of behavior and You are going to find your self Perm Banned (This is not a threat by me) but Clearly You are a known quantity now and Behavior like this isn't going to be tolerated forever  If you enjoy playing on this server You might consider Changing your behavior.

Obviously I am aware of this, the owner is able to as stated in the staff rule book, " punish by perm-ban when need see fit"

Yeah I have a past on this server, from 2020 to 2022 I had no warnings, I have played on this server and spent lots of time on it but I never said I haven't done anything wrong before and as seen i was PUNISHED for it already, having a whole month jsut for this small instance compared to my previous offences is very harsh in compparrison to past offences

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I had just joined the server after taking a break from it for quite some time, I load in walk around for a bit gamble right outside of fountain and see a mass of text screens with multiple players, I walk over and see its a non dmg zone so I started swinging my knife at some afk guy, staff member tells me to stop and I do so and just vape instead and gamble, another staff member comes and starts telling me I'm insensitive and disrespectful, I did not catch his name, he told me I was very disrespectful to the memorial which I did not know it was until he told me that because I'm illiterate, anyways I end up telling him it's a video game what if the dude is trolling, he calls RevoltPlays who pulls me right away with her Phys gun and takes me away to another part of the map, this is where the recording starts, they barely let me speak muting me almost instantly and falsely accusing me of "changing my name" and to "give me the harshest punishment imaginable" which is very harsh, 1 month? For something very little? "Minge" no further description of what I did wrong besides her saying " you did not need to vape over there" ..........They gave me ZERO chance to defend myself and rightful the staff member egged the higher up to give me unfair punishment, I normally don't go this out of my way for this stuff because its just a game, but this bothered me so much when my friend told me who had brought me on the server in the first place that she was a higher up admin right below the owner rank?? Obviously in no ways am I being disrespectful, if he really did pass of course it was no attack against his memorial, but like it shouldn't intervene with gameplay whatsoever, the first time in weeks I had even touched the server to hop on and have fun with friends this happens.
