You know I thought there was just a misunderstanding but now i see. This server is so stuck up in their own feelings it doesn’t matter what you do its going to somehow be related to who ever died. It is not my responsibility to care about everyone that dies. Hours before my ban i was roaming the memorial and was told at least twice to leave it alone and i did. Those actions is not related in anyway to this ban appeal. Everyone here keeps basing their opinion off someone who is blowing everything out if proportion and exaggerating. At this point everyone has already made this seem way worse than it was and just continued with a false story. I have already explained myself and this is just stupid what im dealing with right now. I had no intentions on do anything bad or hurting anyones feelings. I do not owe anyone an apology for my ban. Thanks to false information because someone i now have zero to no chance being unbanned. I know it wont be long before i am unbanned but at this moment, there is no point to keep following up with this forum and I probably will never see the server again. The community is just way too toxic. 
 

I don’t understand why it matters what i did hours prior to my ban, especially when its not related. This tells me that someone is just bringing up all this useless information and just trying to seem like i am so bad and such a minge whatever, im sure there have been way worse people on this server and it feels like im being compared to that. If you had something to say or was agreeing with someone, stay relevant and just have some common sense. 
 

If to who ever died means a lot too the people on the server, any one new joining will not care who they are. Yeah its sad but you put a memorial in the most popular area of the map and get upset even if the littlest thing happens in it or even around it. If you expect everyone to have some type of respect to someone they never knew or heard of especially in a video game, its just unnecessary for the punishments you will give out over the simplest things. I don’t have to care about your feelings what so ever because im sure the majority of the people on the internet don’t care either. 
 

To be clear im not typing this all out because im upset for a video game ban theres so many better servers out there it doesn’t concern me anymore. I am saying this because of the community’s reaction. Now i wont be surprised if some power hungry admin decides to perma ban me from everything for speaking my mind but thats because YOU have made it clear to me of what YOUR intentions are. 

I get people may be grieving about someones   death and thats a serious matter but.. if you are doing this through a video game memorial and get all offended when you get your feelings hurt then you are the one that needs to GROW UP. Honestly if it was my idea just put the memorial in spawn and boom, all griefing matters are done and problem solved, if you really care about it that much and you want random strangers from the internet to respect and care about it then just make a memorial in the spawn area.

After all it is the server owners rules and they can do anything so it don’t matter what i say.

Maybe, I noticed i got timed out for 6 days before i got permanently banned from

 the server so idk if that is related to the stuff i said in DarkRP or those links that got sent (somehow)

TBH i really dont know what was going on, i noticed the same links in all my dms and idk how those links got sent to the discord but i truthfully would never do such thing. 

EDIIT: Either way since i had no control on those links getting sent and  i have no way to prove that i understand my discord ban but it can be dealt with later.

Well first of all, i am fully aware of the memorial there but if there was any "actiive funerals'" going on i was completely unaware and not informed of such thing. If shooting at roads and walls around the malls interfered with the memorial it couldn't been dealt with different i would say.  I had to chance to defend my self or talk to anyone it was just an instant ban for the most part. 

I see what yall are saying but i woud like to add that what ever you think i was doing isnt connected to my ban. It wasnt just a fed up ban or that they were "dealing with me all night" because i was in my base mining at least an hour up before this incident. My point is i was banned for shooting at roads and walls and i got unfairly punished. 

EDIT: Also not too related to topic rn but i was unaware of any spam links to invite to any servers since my account  was hacked related to the Aether Discord. If i was banned from the server for invite links i understand but it wasnt my fault and that can be dealt with later.

Did you even take in consideration into what i said or just read what Surreh said and base your response off that? most of what he said mainly has nothing to do with my ban appeal.

EDIT: Plus that has nothing to do with my ban appeal and that was hours before i was banned, i said that in OOC and it was nothing against the rules , so please stay relevant and stop pressing me over it

For the most part this is false, I never made jokes about Juice WRLD but that has nothing to do with this regardless.  I do admit i was at the memorial and was told multiple times to go away but i followed through and left it alone. And the reason i kept getting arrested was because i was wanted for mugging people when i was a thief, which i was roleplaying. 

EDIT: my account was hacked and it sent invites to everyone so i apologize for that.

Why I should be unbanned: Hey, I was just banned for two days for "grow up" despite not breaking any laws or doing anything wrong. In my perplexity, I went to the discord server and created a ticket, and as I waited, I began to explain what happened through the DarkRP channel. I explained what had transpired and why I was furious, and was then given a six-day timeout and a permanent ban from the server... like what? So moments before I got banned from the server, I was on the rooftops next to the fountain shooting around on the roads and walls without targeting anyone or causing damage or harm.. the next thing I know I am frozen and someone (admin) keeps responding to me "really? really? really?" while I was frozen I asked them what was going on but they completely ignored me and then I was banned. The reason for the two-day ban was "grow up." I'm not sure, but I don't think shooting at the road and walls warrants a two-day ban and a permanent ban from the discord server. I find it to be quite excessive, and I hope we can address this issue. :)
