Thanks for answering the questions. It's not written in the rules. Which means one admin can say one thing and another can say something else. I stated that I was leaving until I was attacked by the others. I'm being punished because I wasn't damaged first by the knife wielder whose clear intentions were to stab me? Here's another question. Those 4 players are clearly a group. If one of them fires at me, am I not able to kill them all? 

Your answer to the RDM rule I just posted is insufficient and evasive. Your first answer was that it is up to the player. I showed you the rule that its actually up to YOU. Your response of being lenient by not giving me 2 rdm bans isn't what I am talking about. I am solely talking about the accidental RDM of the SWAT guy. That case BY ITSELF.

It is CRYSTAL CLEAR that my intentions are to follow the rules. If issues like this are handled the way they are, then of course people are going to eventually get banned because ACCIDENTS HAPPEN. Not once in my entire time of playing on AetherNetwork's DarkRP server have I intentionally RDM'ed someone, but yet here I am, being punished as if I am one who intentionally wants to break rules. All of my verbals and warnings for RDM are because of this crap. Whats my next accident gonna get me? 3 days? This system is a JOKE. Fix it.

I would like for another admin to pitch in on this please. 

I asked you a simple question and you did not give me an answer. Am I allowed to kill everyone in a base if I am raiding. Even if it is a hit raid? If I have a target in PD jail and I advert pd hit raid, do I not have the right to mow down cops to get to my target?

This is straight from your staff handbook, under the RDM section: Unintentional RDM/RDA should be treated with leniency if you’re 100% sure it was an accident.

Why You Should Be Unbanned: 

I had a hit on a player in a base containing four players. I adverted hit raid. I go into this place and kill the target and did not kill anyone else. As I was on my way out. One of the players pulls out a knife and rushes at me. I mowed him down. A third drops down with a shotgun and begins firing at me. Printers are directly behind him. I kill the player with the shotgun and their guard (4^th player) and the printers were destroyed in the crossfire. The players had bitcoin machines there, but I did not steal anything (because I am not supposed to as a hitman). So why would I intentionally destroy their printers and not their bitcoin machines? Before I could even exit the base, they were all back trying to get in. (They broke NLR) When one of them opened the door I mowed him down and apparently a SWAT player as well. I did my due diligence and adverted crossfire. When I finally left the building the player who was my target and the player who pulled the knife on me were outside. I was leaving the area when again the player with the knife rushed me and I mowed him down. (Clearly breaking NLR). These are the events. Now onto interactions with administration.

The player who was wielding the knife made a ticket against me and I was summoned before a couple admins (Goku and AV Danny) along with the knife wielder. I told the admin all of what happened in the above paragraph. I was told that I cannot shoot the man running at me with a knife in his base when I adverted a hit raid…a raid. Then I was told I can’t destroy printers and I said that was crossfire during my fight with the player with the shotgun. Then I was told that accidently killing the SWAT guy in crossfire was RDM. Goku then proceeded to ask the knife wielding player and not the SWAT guy I killed in crossfire if he wanted me warned for RDM.

I did everything right. Apparently, I need to record my gameplay to prove my innocence. I had every right to mow down every single player in that base because I was raiding, but I was being cool by just killing my target and was going to leave. But like I stated, they turned weapons on me.  I was wrongfully banned. I was given little room to talk, my questions weren't answered, and was hardly able to defend myself. It was quick.
