Reason For Complaint: [I let him borrow a golden drill from me, and he was refusing to give it back after I asked him. I got mad and started yelling at him, and he started talking about food and just flat out being annoying. After I yelled at him and asked him more and more for over 10 minutes straight, he started talking about food for 10 more minutes and then started watching TikTok.]
