The last time I played aether, a lot of thing were available for fair use. The "last time" from what i remember was close to a year ago, when the white paint gun was useable. I've recently started playing again and noticed that some of my perma items weren't usable. One of these items being the paint gun. I want this back because I love the fact that I was able to goof around with random people without it being against violation of rules. Now I've never really had the intent to crash the server by spamming it, but if that is reasoning why, is it possible for you to just over look it? I know its far stretch but I'd love to use the paint gun again.

I remember when the Kleiner Cannon was out... everyone shooting it, having fun. Till it got blocked for some months then unblocked then blocked. I just want it to be unblocked for having banned for sucha long time. don't even get me started on the ursus knife...

Why Should You Be Unbanned: Ok, sure, I was banned yesterday. But in this case this was not my fault of ban. A fellow SWAT member, OnlyOne, decided to report me for "false role-play" because I went inside the pd station as el gato while switching between the reflective bucket and crowbar. At this time however, he was making the server unfair and totally unfun because he said he had a sign for "if you walk on the stair, you will be arrested". However, he did not have the sign and decided to falsely arrest people again. making it even more unfun and unfair. To get back to the point, I was wondering around the pd with a crowbar when he decided to take the blame on me and think I was lockpicking the cell doors, then causing him to chase me. I ran free from his grasps as I quickly hid away. Later I returned to the outside of the pd with crowbar in hand and he had said he reported me for fail rp. I told him I was holding the crowbar. Since the same module for the lockpick was the crowbar, he said I was lying. so, I continued and said, "no this is the crowbar, and I will show you." and thus triggering, not a rdm, because I said I was going to show him, I hit him two times. he then arrested me. when I got out, I decided to hold the crowbar and went out to quickly afk to eat dinner. As I returned I have noticed that I've been banned for no reason whatsoever and couldn't talk to the admins personally. This was however outrageous because I did not rdm, I specifically stated that I was going to hit him once or twice to prove that it was a crowbar that I have bought with Aether points from !shop, and not a lockpick to fail rp.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: As the screenshot says, I've been banned for RDM. Now this was not a false accusation by an admin, I wrongfully killed two people inside a box while trying to do a hit whilst using the Pepsi canon for a fun challenge. while shooting the cannon I drastically made a wrong assumption, and didn't I regret doing that challenge because it has led me for my first ban of the server. I thoroughly apologize for the inconvenience, and I know now messed up really badly. I will try my best to prevent this from happening ever again because i know the next Random Death Match could get me banned for even longer thus, making a unban form much more harder to apologize and appeal to. I have learned for doing a RDM on two player who least expected that out of me and thus leaving me to try to apologize to the player I RDM'ed once I am appealed/ unbanned.
