I don't encourage renting meth labs and it actually messes with the balancing of meth and other income methods, if anything I plan to rid of loaning meth labs in the future if I can't find any way to balance it fairly.

The Bank will have upgrade options added in a future update allowing for instant cooling/upgrading of printers.
This will also add extra security to the bank.

Bitcoin is purposefully the bottom of the barrel as it's insanely AFK and has the option to use only legal miners.
I don't plan on buffing them anytime soon and encourage using other jobs if you want to do anything other than afk.
(Meth head is AFK but makes a lot of noise and has the chance of exploding, reducing AFK-ness)

/sleep can be used to crash server with the ragdolls, it's disabled for that reason.

Cool addon to bring to my attention, it's not really something fit for suggestions though as it would never be permanently left in the game and only used for events.

This could be okay but honestly the passive money going out to that many players on Police jobs is pretty scary to balance.

Disguise swep would have to be set to a particular job and not given out to tons of Criminal jobs causing confusion with Staff and players.
I'll see how this can be utilized as it does seem like a fun swep.

Police already has a set hour requirement which is why Police Trainee exists.
Banker I don't agree with being restricted.
Gun Dealer/BMD I also do not agree with being restricted due to how easy it is to get a gun even without becoming one of these jobs, I do not believe it will reduce RDMing whatsoever.
Level requirements scare away genuine players so it isn't like there's no risk to it, I will not be adding these. Thanks for the suggestion.

For the talk about Bankers and PD or whatever else, Hitmen are not entitled to completing their hit - they have the ability to /cancelhit at any point and work on something else, there is no restricting gameplay if the hitman cannot get to them for in-game reasons.
However, admin jail is not an in-game reason and should be fixed which it will be - thank you for the suggestion.

Hits are a big part of gameplay for people that like to kill others and is a part of DarkRP. We're not that serious when it comes to RP and try to focus on the gameplay/fun.

I don't think the time is the problem, one of your examples was them sitting back and not attacking until you lockpick - the time being increased doesn't change that at all and will just be the same thing repeated for longer.
I don't agree with people sitting in the bank for any longer than 10 minutes and personally don't think the raid timers need to be added in as it will create confusion for raiders and defenders.
Bank and PD raids are intended to be something that's very hit or miss on if you get in and win, if you won majority of the time it would make the Banker job infuriating to play. Raiders risk very little, base defenders risk everything.

I guess this could be added but it sounds like it'd be a lot of work on the current buddy system for something that affects a very few amount of people.

The rule is there so that you always have a chance to shoot back, it doesn't have to be 100% the same chance on both ends but as long as you're able to shoot, kill them then there's a chance you win the raid.
The base you showed is borderline breaking the rules but if your bullets hit them then it's valid.

It seems like an **okay** swep and I've tested it before but without the damage/knockback features it is kinda wack.

This addon is pretty doodoo, I agree the dj isn't great but its the only functioning radio I have found in the current gmod meta.

This would be incredibly intense on server and client performance, just use a third party clipping software that will reduce your fps by like 3 at most.

A tazer could be considered but I don't see it fitting in WITH the nightstick but I also don't want to remove the nightstick.
