1. I killed chonkulous and other staff, something we all do and are ok with (in case you did not notice they were also killing me
2. You witnessed me kill a player, then I ran away from you, you lost sight of me and then killed me the next time you saw me (Which is RDM)
3. I pulled you to a sit where the whole sit you spoke about the abuse to which I replied and you told me to be quiet and let you talk instead of letting me defend myself on that situation
4. you were also mocking, and toxic in the sit (which I am assuming is why you're muted in the clips)
5. you asked me to bring another staff member (a higher staff member which there was no non afk higher member) to which you were rude and aggressive to him too ( @Amanita phalloides/ @Amanita Phalloides V2)
6. When I said my side of the situation which WAS RDM and it was checked by Amanita, and you realised you did RDM me and I was in the right, you killed me again in the admin the sit
7. You also accused me of bringing Amanita to the sit because has my friend and he will back me up (which no staff member does)

If you had given me a chance to speak in the sit instead of every time I tried to speak you'd come out with comments against me you'd know that the letting people go was a mistake (Staff do make mistakes especially when theirs a new log system not all of us are used to yet)

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: It will bring players back to the Meth job, since it was changed no one other than players who don't understand the other jobs play it, this is not a suggestion to bring back the RNG time per production thing but just improve the timer a little bit? 60 seconds even for 26k aint worth the time

From the logs and story's both parties it was clear you did infact job abuse to try and stop the raid by changing to the SS
It is also clear that you killed well in a sit which could not have happened if your hand was "off the mouse"

On this you were warned multiple times by myself and BLKBEARD. You continued despite our multiple attempts for you to leave the poor guy alone. This is where the Harassment, Trolling and NiTRP ban comes from. In the situation I had to remove you from the server fast to stop you from doing anything else to the population of the server, to which the most efficient way to do this was to ban you for “bye” until I could revoke that ban and change it to your proper ban which is now Harassment, NiTRP, Trolling.
   
•  Third, you started raiding the bank to which I pulled you out of because I missed the advert (woah admin makes a mistake??? No way) to which when I placed you back down you instantly started pressing our buttons again with your toxicity. I prop blocked the bank so we could get rid of the people in the bank raiding alongside you that should not have been raiding (which was about 5 people, so it needed to be done.) Once I noticed you were raiding I would have put you back down deleted my props and let you continue. 

**BLKBEARD CAN PROBABLY COMMENT ON MORE YOU HAVE BEEN DOING ALL NIGHT WELL I WAS UNABLE TO GET ON**

 Since you were the only one I personally saw trolling tonight, you were the only one I banned.
(just because we're afk does not mean we don't see or hear things)

It seems from this you placed a scanner protector after he had already scanned your base and got the notification. e
If this is the case which you have portrayed it is, he has every right to attempt to kill you and complete the raid.

It does not matter if he left the roof or not, the point I am trying to get you to see is you should NOT have warned him to leave you alone for standing on a roof doing nothing. That's the equivalent of telling an afk player to go away and killing him.

I feel I explained this to you pretty well in game;
You even agreed and said you understood why you were being banned and why it was only a small ban.

RDM #1 -

• You ran up to a player on top of a building that was doing nothing to you or anyone else and gave him a go away or die warning.
• This player then left the area and came back after, meaning the go away warn you gave out would have expired as he DID leave the area.
• Even if you did damage him when you were allowed you should not have chased him to kill him.
• Your reasoning for telling him to go away was because you wanted to change to a hobo and build there (which you did not even change yet so the go away was invalid in the first place

Nothing in logs really can help me prove this point but you did agree in game that he was doing nothing to harm or effect your gameplay and you should not have killed him

RDM #2

• You were in a gun shop spamming ammo yes
• You told him to go away (for which the reason I forgot myself)
• You then proceeded to kill the player away from the area you told him to go away from (AKA you followed him just to kill him.)

IMAGE 1 - The area you were spam buying ammo and where you gave the player the go away warn in chat.

IMAGE 2 - The death point showing after you gave the go away warn you followed the player outside the building and killed him.

Small points to keep in mind that I mentioned to you in game

• You have multiple RDM warns so your ban should have been 3-4 days.
• You were in the wrong in the situation and even showed me a completely invalid clip trying to prove your innocence.
• As for the trading situation, your ban is only 1 day, trade it back to the player when you return to the server in under 24 hours.

I hope this reply clears the air and helps you understand your ban more.

Reason For Complaint: Long Story short. There was accusations of us robbing the bank without adverting. We had spoken to multiple staff and at last Amanita was called. It was a lengthy conversation which led to an exchange of vulgar words. The reasoning behind our behavior was because we were being accused with no proof, when asked to show proof, they said " We know it was you ". Everyone inside the bank that was keeping printers for others were warned by Amanita for FailRP and Toxcicity. Which I don't understand because there was no evidence, and it was a he says she says situation. I would like my warning removed from my account.

Myself and @RevoltPlayswere spectating yous for so long and got no evidence, so decided to leave the situation and not spectate anymore.

I fail to see why you were punished without significant evidence on the matter
