How will this improve the quality of Aether?: It will give aether another job to play and have fun with and a official casino for people to play at as ive heard a lot of people interested in a casino.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: After the addition of the new Weed Grower I looked into more of Zero's project. And they are so cool. This one is a new MethLab he made. Honestly seems so realistic and I think it would be so fun to play it. I will also buy this script if it will be implemented. It just seems so cool and would be another job that is like weed grower in the fact that Zero made it and its more complicated but it would offer more options to make money! I don't know maybe im j ust rambling but I just think this could be so cool.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: It would add a new job to Aether to play with. Personally I like it because it offers another job that you can do thats not illegal. Its really cool, also I will buy the script if necessary.

Hahaha. That is MattNificent I have known of him. Its kinda crazy. He's banned on just about every gmod server imaginable for racism, and well literally anything. I heard the voice and I knew it was him. Hes literally infamous in the gmod community. Looked up his steam id and well, its him who would have known. +1 not someone u want on this server, honestly hes nothing but problems, might wanna perma. Also pretty sure he has PW from years ago for the same thing.

- Addition Option would Automatically give a % to the City Funds so the mayor can increase the cops Pay or give a % divided up between all Cops and or City Workers (i.e., Mayor)

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Over all this will stabilize The Police department and cause less chaos. Having only one Police Job I.E. Police chief be able to unarrest will allow for cops to RP in prison but will cause less arrests for money and if any one still does that, they will more than likely get reported. For the Building part this Causes a lot of issues as any cop can build anywhere in the PD causing fights over who gets to set bail, this also should be fixed if these ideas are implemented.
+/- yes, only thing is I don't think that it should be only Police Chief with sticks as if someone were to accidently arrest someone they wouldn't really be able to get them out without paying. Just make it to where other the lawyers can't set up stuff in jail cells. I like the idea though. Itd also take a good bit of time to code.

Its not really fair to call the whole commjnity bias torwards hann, its just that everyone wants that job and if someone is actively not using it the community thinks its unfair to adk at the job. Im going by the fact that hann told everyone that she was given the okay to demote and no one has stepped in and said "thats wrong you were not given permission". If you were to warn hann here you would need to warn everyone who told her it was okay. She gave him the right amount of warning.

Reason For Complaint: I was watching a movie with some other player for approximately 5 minutes when Hann had approached me and asked if I was actively basing, I ran away as I felt I didn't need to answer as they weren't staff at the moment. Hann then teleported me to admin land and informed me of a not yet implemented rule in which weed growers were not allowed to take the job unless they actively had a base set up for it. After Hann informed me of this rule that was not in place yet I told them I'd make a base because I was unaware of the (nonexistent) rule, they proceeded to ignore the fact that I was willing to set up a base, and gladly use the job, instead opting to demote me from weed grower to citizen. I feel that this was an abuse of their power because I was willing to use the job as intended, I was not given a choice of keeping the job, and the rule in which he cited doesn't exist at the moment (7/18/22). If you wanted to talk about it you should have talked about it when first confronted. Instead you ran away from a staff member. Theres obviously something gonna be done. And you only cared when you were threatened for the job to be taken away from you. And at the end of the day, just leave the job if your not using it. Let other people have fun. -1

Why Should You Be Unbanned?: It was a complete misunderstanding and an accident I did not mean to damage him.
Its said to if you know that the rdm was intentional to treat it with leniency. Its very possible Danny had no idea if it was purposeful or not. But if it is or isnt it is still called RDM but if the staff knew that it wasnt on purpose or had some kind of proof. Then it COULD be warned with leniency. But at the end of the day its the staffs decision.

I had a hit on a player in a base containing four players. I adverted hit raid. I go into this place and kill the target and did not kill anyone else. As I was on my way out. One of the players pulls out a knife and rushes at me. I mowed him down. A third drops down with a shotgun and begins firing at me. Printers are directly behind him. I kill the player with the shotgun and their guard (4th player) and the printers were destroyed in the crossfire. The players had bitcoin machines there, but I did not steal anything (because I am not supposed to as a hitman). So why would I intentionally destroy their printers and not their bitcoin machines? Before I could even exit the base, they were all back trying to get in. (They broke NLR) When one of them opened the door I mowed him down and apparently a SWAT player as well. I did my due diligence and adverted crossfire. When I finally left the building the player who was my target and the player who pulled the knife on me were outside. I was leaving the area when again the player with the knife rushed me and I mowed him down. (Clearly breaking NLR). These are the events. Now onto interactions with administration.
The player who was wielding the knife made a ticket against me and I was summoned before a couple admins (Goku and AV Danny) along with the knife wielder. I told the admin all of what happened in the above paragraph. I was told that I cannot shoot the man running at me with a knife in his base when I adverted a hit raid…a raid. Then I was told I can’t destroy printers and I said that was crossfire during my fight with the player with the shotgun. Then I was told that accidently killing the SWAT guy in crossfire was RDM. Goku then proceeded to ask the knife wielding player and not the SWAT guy I killed in crossfire if he wanted me warned for RDM.
I did everything right. Apparently, I need to record my gameplay to prove my innocence. I had every right to mow down every single player in that base because I was raiding, but I was being cool by just killing my target and was going to leave. But like I stated, they turned weapons on me. I was wrongfully banned. I was given little room to talk, my questions weren't answered, and was hardly able to defend myself. It was quick.
If you adverted over then it was RDM as you said you were "Walking away from the situation" also they are not breaking NLR as returning to being killed in a hit is not NLR as long as you don't engage in the rp that you were just killed but it is kinda weird because they werent killed for a hit they were killed cuz u were hit raiding which I feel still counts as apart of a hit therefore don't have to follow NLR. if they were engaging with you then its also kinda weird as your not suppose to engage the hitman.. As for the crossfire on the swat crossfire misclicks are still counted as RDM. I am stating all this without any further context to the situation just as a first hand comment now as information comes out then things I said can change.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: ? I think this would be good for a couple of reason. The main reason is when someone gets raided There can be a huge lack of motivation to set up your operation again and You end up just leaving. Another reason is even those who don't mind setting up again often Won't depending on the job Like Bit Miners. Takes up a Lot of time to set up all the racks get all the servers in and upgrade them. This would help keep players active on the server.
+1 I feel like the cost needs to be a pretty penny tho. Definitely more than it is to set stuff up.

I didnt say it was scamming atm. It wasnt truly my suggestion. That was just last resort. But when u put in a amount and press "tip" sometimes u can accidently it twice.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Well, I understand that in the tip jar settings there is a way to stop spamming from happening so spamming "$1" donations repeatedly can not happen. But my suggestion is for there to be a cool down on all tip jars even if you didnt put the setting on. 1. It will stop that if someone didnt already put the spamming thing on. 2. (The real reason im making the suggestion) So that accidently giving money out does not happen. Recently I was giving someone 10 mil and on accident I hit the thing twice, the person refused to give it back and I was stuck 10 mil shorter. I most likely gave into what he was looking for as I was asking to "Can you give me the money back" they didn't. Honestly it wasn't even the money it was the fact that the person I accidently gave it too I knew before as we based together frequently. Anyways, im ranting. The point is . What if it was 100mil instead of 10? And someone accidently clicked it again. The only thing that I could see if this wasn't implemented is counting this as "scamming" and therefore the person could be warned if they didnt give the money back.

Atm it would be but I feel like theres enough tress everywhere so theres def places where you can remove trees and place grass. Theres also a lot of ways for Jouaram to make it where its not severly performance degrading.
