Its not considered raiding if someone is just trying to look on what you are doing.

In order for some to steal from the pd they have to advert pd raid, if they steal it is considered fail raiding. Everyone whomst lock picked the pd had no intentions to raid the pd correct? As they stated in ooc.

The format is a bit fucked, Even though your application isn't insanely detailed it's decent. I know you have good intentions on the server and you really want to help, I liked the part where you said you've never been staff on a server before but you want your favorite server to be your first, I appreciate the fact that you were honest about not having any previous experience in staffing. I'd say giving you a shot could be worth it if you get some training and just learn how to use the commands and etc.

DarkRP Rule Questions

• Raids can last how long?: 10 Minutes.
• What initiates a raid?: Adverting Raid or Assist. EX: /advert PD Raid; /advert Raid; /advert Raid Assist.
• If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes because they are the owner of the base, but this only applies when they are close to their base.

• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would start off by freezing the player that is not cooperate, if they where arguing I would temporally gag them. If the person was still not willing to cooperate I would tell them the reason why they are in the sit, and the reason why I had to gag them, then once they are willing to cooperate and once the sit is done I would tell them to read the rules via entering !motd in the chat.
• You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): I would start by collecting evidence of them abusing their powers, once I finish collecting the evidence of them abusing I would contact someone with higher power than them, EX: if they are a moderator I would contact an admin; If they where an admin I would contact the owner.
• A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM: Random death match - This comes into play when the person who is suspected with RDM has killed the person with no warning or no reason at all hence the saying "Random Death Match"; RDA: Random Arrest - This comes from when a cop just arrest a player for no reason at all, no illegals; NRL: New Life Rule - This comes into play when the person that just died comes to interact with the area or the person that just killed them.

I am so sorry for watching NSFW content in the movie cinema, it will never happen again, I never realized it was a rule. I've read all the rules now and I fully understand, please forgive me and unban me. I feel so bad for it now that I realize that I was doing something extremally wrong. I was just living in the moment and not thinking of the future consequences. I understand it is just a warning but it still would be very nice to be unbanned and be able to play on one of the non p2w dark rp server.
