-1 He clearly instantly expressed that it was an accident and took full responsibility for it right away. You also have multiple warns for the same issues (Toxicity and harassments) 

I genuinely think you're really put in the effort on making a 2nd staff app and just trying to be involved with the community is awesome.

+1 Always on and enjoyable to be around. Don't think I've ever seen them do anything wrong.

+1 my guy is literally always on the server, extremely friendly and helpful to new players as well. I think he'd be a great fit for the staff team.
