Many other servers have slots, poker, and blackjack in spawn. I know coinflips are already in the game (which I'm addicted to) but I think a physical casino would be a cool touch.
There are many paid casino addons which vary in what they offer, this one seems to include a lot of high-quality tables and slots.

The more there is to do besides raiding, grinding meth, and watching over your printers all day, the better.
