what I'm saying is multiple people are claiming they were in the street/away from the base and waited specifically to kill poopy

if I'm raiding someone walk outside and am on the sidewalk having not adverted over yet I would consider that an active raid.

this first kill was with the launcher from what i can remember he was killed with a shotgun the 2ed time

my eyes saw them on the sidewalk and I'm sure logs will show the same

You came back when the raid was not over interacted with the players involved (re-involved yourself in the RP situation) and attempted to re-enter your base   

patience is a virtue you should have just waited on the sidelines for a few more moments and all of this could have been avoided

NLR is enforced at 3 minutes from your death. 

• You can return to the location (even mid raid) as long as your NLR time is up. 
• Upon being killed by another player the RP situation between you ends

SO this is what i saw (i was across the street when this all went down) - the 2 raiders had come out of the base began typing (I'm assuming to advert over) then Poopy came up (said something about it doesn't matter what they do because he has more money? it was kinda funny NGL anyway) then poopy ran inside his base started to close the door and was shot. now normally i would agree with what everyone is saying but in this situation seeing as poopy was the one who re-initiated the RP situation and delayed the ending of the raid i feel the warn is 100% valid, however i do agree 3 days is a bit too long for a simple NLR ban regardless, i am 100% down for a reduction but i will not agree to removing the ban completely.

Reason For Complaint: ill start from the beginning and then sum up the story.  A mod called "you fuck" (i think) for 2 hours was bothering us saying we had taken from the bank vault but without proof he continued to complain but like roleplay also, hes chill.  Anyways i think a party member of mine or someone else had called a sit.  The sit was to help clear up what Your Fuck was complaining about but he didnt have proof so neither did the staff member they just called.  When the T R I A L M O D showed up he said some shit about not being able to find out who really did it and then he mentioned that the printers in the vault had all been blown up by someone. While the mod, Amanita phalloides was talking to my members i was yelling and telling them off and to get the fuck outta my base because he had frozen me and put me in some bullshit sit i have been hearing crap about for 2 hours when i had just gotten finished with my bank dupe and was seconds from being able to save it and leave the server.  He froze me and then proceeded to what i would like to call jailing and warning my entire party except a single person (THE ONLY ONE WHO DIDNT SAY ANYTHING WHILE HE WAS HAVING A POWER TRIP).  I kidd you not that TRIAL MOD had warned this guy named Complex in my party and he said maby 3 words and that is deadass the first time i have heard him speak on mic the entire time i knew him.

i think this shit staff member needs to be shown you dont just warn and jail anyone who talked to you and choose not to jail the ones who were kissing your ass because the logs didnt do what you wanted them too (fun fact: I DIDNT DO SHIT)
id like to also make a small request i got banned by Amanita phalloides because i tried to kill him with a scythe and he killed me then i left because i saved my base and he ruined my experience so i got revenge and got off. i would like to be unbanned for this related incident that is compleatly my fault. also his ass warned 2  people not including me just because they spoke and were in my party ( complex and eli )

Fair enough i do agree i did not get enough info to give out warns (specificly for fail-rp the toxicity warns are 100% valid had not even been in the area for a second before you called both me and @MiSliv2retard mods, shit staff and continued being an absolutely toxic child through-out the entire situation), HOWEVER considering the amount of people telling me and other mods that it was happening as well as you and your party members being some of the most toxic and obnoxious people i have run into on the server, on top of not giving me or @MiSliv2 a chance to even discus it with you.  is what ended up with you getting the warn as well as your party members - in the future try calming down instead of trying to turn every sit into a 2013 xbox live party chat. personally I believe giving the situation and how you and your party members acted the warns should not be removed and if that ends with me getting a staff strike then so be it ❤️

After you "missclied" him mid sit you became a little ball of rage id suggest taking the 3 days to calm down a bit and think about why you were banned. I dont know how you feel but I feel like with the amount of time you have on the server you should know better than to attack the person you made a sit against. As it will only worsen the situation.
