You clearly had zero issue masking your identity, behavior and actions to try to get back on the server and get what you want only months ago I do not believe there has been nearly enough time for that to pass.

The biggest -1 possible ever, you are a criminal and a legitimate risk to the community with bad actions only a few months ago and honestly its pretty wild this was even appealable for you due to how heinous and reckless your actions were.

Primm was an active member on the server, I personally never had an issue with them, and made multiple transactions with them before in the past off of faith alone.

I took my dad's credit card once and I got the stick. I never did it again, and I genuinely believe Primm just made a dumb as fuck decision that they wouldn't do again. Just stupid shit you think you can get away with as a kid - then you realize you can't. Stuff you reach for to help you get the things you think you want. If they're willing to compensate the fraudulent charges, that is: make full amends for their own mistakes, then I think Primm should be given a second chance. Lesson learned, right?

Obviously a lot of trust was broken and needs to be built up, and if rebuilding that trust is already on the table, then I think it starts with an unban, paying your dues, and a lot of scrutiny.

I can only agree with this, we have all had those thoughts but the alts is just the issue. On the other hand though i think that it was just a stupid decision like you said and they were addicted, at a time i was like this and spent about $140 dollars on getting a single item but i think you should get another chance and just dont ever make more alts and just try to build up trust and spend YOUR money when you wanna buy something.

its a bug, sometimes when i kill people in a party its just blank. I also think this pretty much sums everything up so ty.

if you did !party you would have seen we had been in the party for like 30 min, your mad when you could have simply checked with !party.

Sometimes it bugs out and it seems like it bugged out this time, but why would i chase you down around the map just to rdm you, thats simply not something i would do cuz its not like im trying to get warned.

though you are correct here people really dont care, and most of the time they will peak for less than a second then they will use it and it travels all the way through, but they peaked for that single second so it dont matter and they are safe from being warned.

Korb has got haters everywhere on the server even when he's just doing regular shit, it was a false demote as he hadn't even done anything and you can see in the reason it just says "abuse of power and being stinky". I don't know much about KingJax, but I've seen him enough to feel like he has enough playtime to comprehend rules about demoting the mayor. Easy warn for false demotion and following up with KingJax explaining why he cannot do something like this.

i understand what you say here, and i would agree with you when you say i shouldent have said it, i understand that now and see what my issue was, though i just cant understand why the ban would be a week, i thought it would be a warn, maybe a day ban, or maybe a 3 day ban, unless i have other active hatespeech warns i would not understand why the ban would be a week.

This is not accountability, I don't really know what there is to be confused about. Your trying to justify your actions based on your interoperation of a literal slur. You didn't say how you cared about offending who it was directed towards, that using it wasn't ok or anything at all to that effect. It is extremally clear based on your comment on the player report as well as logs that initially caused this ban that you were extremely heated against this player for a good period of time. 

Justification/Rationalization ≠Accountability 

I cant argue with someone who does not have the same views on the word with me, no one in my life other than this server has ever thought of it as a slur, along with it being allowed on aether a while back, everyone one was calling everyone else a retard, but i was simply mad at korby because i was trying to mine on pvp and he killed me even though i walked past him and didnt try to kill him, he killed me so at the time i was just mad and im not going to say im sorry for saying retard, its not that deep and it depends on how you take it.

This is a really bad excuse, regardless of what is "ok" IRL you as well as every other regular in the server fully know using language like that directed at others will result in the same punishment.

 

This punishment is reasonable and the warn is deserved, you also not even willing to take accountability for your own actions or event be apologetic about the way you treated others.

And personally i cant think of retard being used as a slur or anything of that nature, and i only meant to use it as a way of saying dumbass or idiot, in my family and where i live its not used as a way to offend people, but to just mess with them or  call them really dumb. I personally would never use it in that that way because i dont want to offend anyone like that and i believe this was more of a misunderstanding on my part and i will be weary of using it in aether.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: So i know that the perks are a thing, and im already above level 999 but even with those perks it still only lets me gamble 25m at a time, and its a waste of casino resets. I didnt really know if i should put this in the bugs section or this one, but i dont think it really matters. Also maybe let new gamba limit be 100m?
