Why Should You Be Unbanned: Good Afternoon, I was recently banned for "Alt Farming." Yesterday I had a sleep over with a cousin who lives 5 minutes away from me. I will provide home addresses for Jouaram. While he was sleeping over we were playing TFT on League of Legends.

At the same time I asked him if he had GMOD on his account and he said no but he had a 2nd account thats pretty old that has GMOD. I asked him if he could log in so I can have his printers and meth. So that's what we did. Only reason why we had a sleep over was because my flight back to the military is on July 15th @ 0545 AM. We wanted to hang out like old times. I didn't think him logging in on his computer and giving me his stuff would be considered "Alt Farming." I can provide my Military ID for Jouaram as proof on that also. I have no intentions of lying, I use to play this server all the time before Retribution was shut down. I came back a couple times, and now I came back again. I enjoy playing, running around, RP'ing, and just having fun. If this is still considered "Alt Farming" I sincerely apologize and will patiently wait out my ban. I was not clear on the rules due to me not reading them fully.

After the first death that wasnt shown in the video because you tried to RDM me. You came back to the location. Just because it wasnt a rp situation doesnt matter. New life rules states that you must not be in the same location after you died for 2 mins. You came back right away. You had no right being in that location.

And I wasnt mad that you arrested me I was wanted. I was mad you were breakign NLR after you tried to RDM me and I killed you. You broke New Life Rule and came back to the location you died. You Remembered what happened and where you died and you instantly came back to arrest me. You fail to know that something follows New Life Rule. You forget everything that happened in your previous life. 

If you may I'd like to see the entire video posted to youtube to see the whole entire situation in where you were Attempting to RDA and Attempting to RDM but failing.

It sucks that I have to actually defend myself here because if I weren't to this would go in your favor. But the fact that this post is entirely false and you only posted the part of the video in which you look like the victim is so sad. There are literally 2 others who I barely know in the server that can defend for me but they don't have a forums account.

You also reported us for being "racist" but you have failed to provide any proof of it. This also was false and there is no proof of us being racist in chat. The staffs can check logs.

Anyways, I hope you find the happiness you seek to obtain with this false report. I have stated my reason for the actions I took in that video. I hope you are happy with life and I look forward to seeing you in the server again bud :)

Ok so state me this. If im casually sitting in front of PD. And you spray me down with Cad SMG and fail to RDM me. I chase you down without even shooting you and you arrest me. The fact that you are literally under a false report and cut down the video to make it look like you are the victim is insane. If we had an EU staff on this situation wouldn't have been an issue cause the firwst couple times you tried to RDA/RDM me and Unknown you would been jailed and warned.

Not gonna sit here and defend myself anymore because other people who were on the server who can -1 this report. This report was extremely false. The actions he took before this situation put him in this position. He has multiple scenarios where he was Attempting to RDA and A FUCK ton of scenarios where he was Attempting to RDM but always failed. It's sad that I have to sit here and defend myself over a false report due to no staffs being on at the time this was taken place.

But you Attempted to RDA in which you failed because you were killed after missing Arrest stick. You have 0 kills cause like i stated in my first post the cad smg is dogshit and cant kill anyone. No one is lying here besides you. Today was your first day in the server and you were actually being a minge on purpose. Multiple people can account for my actions and say that I did nothing wrong. Yes i might have killed you multiple times but if you actually know your rules I would be in the right. You've been in the server for less than 2 hours at most and all you did was try to cause trouble.

This will be my final post on this thread because its entirely false.

In the video you can clearly see you coming back multiple times. In that scenario we are allowed to kill you because you are BREAKING NLR. But the thing is before the FIRST DEATH IN THE VIDEO, you died before that. And when you died before that, that was when you TRIED TO RDM ME. So the first death in the video was becuase you were breaking NLR and the following deaths were also because you were breaking NLR. If you die in a spawn location dont go back to that spawn.

If you want to actually be a nuisance for staffs. They can scroll all the way through logs to find out who shot who first. It'll be a pain on their end since you are tryhing to be a minge and didn't post the parts where you were RDA'ing and Attempting to RDM

Before I state my exact reasons why I'd like to mention that you only posted a part of the video which makes you look like the victim. Throughout the last 30 mins of interactions I had with you on the server, I've witnessed you trying to RDA multiple people such as @Unknownspy❄️and @Platinum. You also tried to RDM @Unknownspy❄️multiple times but failed because the CAD SMG is dog shit. 

Now here I shall explain why I killed the minge multiple times. Before the first death in the video, he tried to RDM me and I killed him. That part was cut out of the video. Then he comes back and I kill him due to his Multiple Attempts to RDM and he was breaking NLR by coming back to that spawn since he died there when he tried to kill me. I've also been RDA by you 2 times with no reason behind it. You were being a minge and tried to post a false report trying to make yourself look like the victim when in reality you were being toxic with NITRP.

Hoenstly this isn't a bad idea. I think with the right people working on it this idea can be pretty fucking poggers
