Why Should You Be Unbanned: Im not 100% sure on why i was banned but I think that it was because I called Pooshi a pedo and I'm sorry for saying that because it was something childish that i did, and i understand what i have done and I'm not so toxic anymore, I just wanna play the game and make money and me being banned from the discord means I cant really talk about anything in discord or do anything in it, and I'm just asking to be unbanned so I can play the game and just stop all of the toxicity and harassing that I used to do.

I will say yes i was being annoying but i was because of the fact he went sold the doors without calling a sit or anything, because at that time i was a hitman who was just messing around killing someone, you can even see in the video i had a hit on a dude and i was going after him then i saw he was selling them. I was also mad that pooshi did sell the doors with out a sit and then i was just being a little annoying at first and then pooshi went along and said something like "See milkman this is why you don't have friends" and he was just being toxic from me doing a little bit of stuff, i was also killing most of the people in there so that's another reason i was sitting around that area and it was just funny to sit outside and see how mad he got, also pooshi NEVER warned me the only person who did was david and Russian. So to put it simply i was mad that he started being toxic to me after at first i was only joking around , THEN i really started to stand around the doors and just overall be annoying, but i still did my hits and i still played the game even though, so its not like i was just sitting there 100% of the time.

Also, to make matters worse, he's been harassing me ever since I killed him. Also, I have two staff witnesses for this, but I offered him 5 Million dollars in compensation, and this vulture declined it saying he didn't want money, he only wanted me warned. This report is clearly not made in any attempt to better the server or the staff team, and is completely made out of spite because I don't like him. Plain as day.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: They had a lot of blood dwarves shooting and cuz its against the laws of the land i was trying to arrest them then Tec9cat was near them, and the dwarves were next to him so i tried to get them but i hit Tec with my nightstick did one dmg got into a sit then bam im banned for 3 days for doing one dmg to someone on accident.

-1 this is someone that makes Aether... well Aether because most servers say no-collided props are not allowed and with the no fences I see that as just DUMB why would u not have it, now I will say raiding may be hard but that is why we have breach juice and tac juice, to balance it out and we all know that if we have based breach juice is op but i think that we should nerf the guns a lot or just have new ones because these guns are way to op and I think that is the problem not the fences or bases, its the amount of dmg they can do it such short time like just 1 shot and its 500 dmg with the raging bull.

Maybe make it so the items check HP and if You are 1hp it heals you 1hp insistently So you can arrest if its that big of a problem.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: People avoid arrests by using the vitasaw or just getting to 1 hp and they abuse the fact that they do one dmg and get out of arrest by dying.

Its just because they kinda just sucked up to badgraphics, and i feel that they were so strict when i did anything to her, so it kinda just shows how they were in a way simping for her. Let me just say that pooshi has tried to let people go from a sit, like fuxk you where he tried to rdm me and then i called a sit and he said it was fine and that it was not because it is against the rules. I feel as if they were being strict because of the interactions that i have had with them, especially pooshi because we really just dont like each other. What made me just not leave is how after the whole bad graphics thing they started to do it to me, so i thought that it was funny so i then i started to do it back after and mock them, and i mocked them then and said "OMG this is harassment get off or im calling and admin and getting you banned".
