I will admit that i was kinda being toxic by mocking them but i really didnt say anything to bad, i did call them simps and i mocked them a little, but i never mic spammed or anything like that, but i mainly did just grapple onto people and that was the whole main thing.

It would be nice if you could find out because it seems that Dread and Revolt are confused on why it was 7 days and not lower, so i think they would to to ask the higher up who told you to ban me for 7 days.

All im asking from this ban appeal is for the ban to be shortened, because i know i did break some rules, and even if it did not i was being a minge and just acting dumb but all i want is for the ban to be reduced because at the end of the day 7days was just to much time so i would like to have to ban reduced to 2 days ( 1 day has passed) because 7 days is just to much.

After being told to stop a multitude of times (in ooc and voice) you continued to grapple onto other/same players

 

You considered the things we said as something to scoff and mock as you proceeded to

alter the tone of your voice and slander the mods with things such as "the staff are simps for Graphics as this was your first victim"

 

After such things of us telling you we would kill you, you then decided to avoid this gameplay by heading into spawn whilst staying grappled which is considered FailRP-

due to you avoiding the default reason for us adverting for you to go away more specifically for you not to grapple.

That still does not mean i should get a week ban for my second offense of it, and i think that the first time was when i killed myself when Emily tried to arrest me and i got banned only a day for that, but that was a good while ago so i would just take it with a warn because it was not that big. I was grappling onto you guys to just minge yes, but you could have just put me on nlr timer and stayed in the same place. As regard to you talking about me calling you out for being a simp it is just flat out true and most staff who dont simp and are normal human beings know that you guys do, and it is an issue with this server. I never have had any bad experiences with you but this one time,  i do like you as staff and i think that you will make a good one, but i dont think that you should just ruin your reputation with players by simping for a girl online. Now talking about the "fail rp" that you are talking about, in a way found a loop hole with it and used it because you can say you will kill someone but then go into spawn, that is not fail rp and that is just what i did so you talking about me breaking that rule is just in a way a lie.

I do understand that i am toxic in most sits, and i know you have something against me just because we have not had the best interactions, i can sometimes be toxic but the main reason i am is because tye person i call a sit on are toxic and then im toxic to them. The other reason for if i am in a sit if a staff dont understand what they are doing, like 2 days ago when pooshi said that fuxk you did nothing wrong when he knifed me 2 times. I then called a sit on it again and i showed him the rule, and i was toxic because i felt as if he was trying to stick up for him. Just a question here though in the staff punishment guides or whatever it is called is attempt rdm in there for punnishing people because pooshi said that it was not even thought it is in the rules?

You started calling her our queen, which is like, what, mocking us for asking you to let go. I even let you off the hook since you let go of me and listened (which is what I thought had happen) From what I’m gathering is that you ran in and out spawn after adverting for you to go away, so we couldn’t damage you which is a punishable offense, minging by keep coming back and grappling on to us, mocking us but that’s whatever but can be considered Low End Harrassment, it’s just that we have asked you so many times to stop and you just did not listen what so ever.

This all started because i grappled onto some woman so can this all jsut end with me getting unbanned because i dont have time to argue with people i cant win against, after all its hard to win in argument with a smart person but impossible with a stupid one

You grappled onto badgraphics multiple times, and were told multiple times to stop. This is what started everything.

You did eventually stop, but you then decided to go around and ONLY grapple on to people. Thats all you did. For about 10 minutes, maybe more I wasn't counting. You even grappled onto other admins and taunted/mocked them when they told you to stop.

You did all this to me multiple times as well. What broke the camel's back for me was the fact that you grappled on to me, I warned you in advert, and then you proceeded to run into spawn while still grappling onto me so I couldnt kill you.

All of your actions during that time showed to me and the 3 other staff members on as well as multiple other players that you were being nothing other than a nuisance at the time.

As for the week ban, it was confirmed by a higher up, (mightve been bryan but i dont remember, but ozy and badgraphics were both there) and it is based on the fact of your NUMEROUS PW's as well as a previous nitrp ban.

i had one pw that i know of that was 6 months ago, i let go of you when i was running into spawn then i got back on

i didnt really stop in a way but i can tell u what happened. So i grappled onto bad graphics and then she killed herself 3 times to try and make me let go, i didn't i went to sewers and then she warned me and killed me, and then after that i did it again but as a joke because she said it would be harassment. I thought it was funny so i then went onto oogla and pooshi because they tried to do it to me idk why, then pooshi says that i went to spawn to avoid getting warned. I was going to spawn when he warned me and then i let go because i know i would get warned for it, after that i grappled onto him from spawn, got teleported into a sit and then banned.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I don't think that I should be banned for that long because it is only minge, and I think that I really should have just gone off with a warn. I do understand what I did and it was just being dumb, but I really don't wanna do something like that again because I understand that it just ruins the game for other players. In total I do believe that it was stupid for me to be banned for grappling onto players, when they did warn me and get me off, like when badgraphics had warned me to get off and I did not she killed me and I did not really jump back on again as long as I did. Something that I would like to note about this is how I was warned by Victus 6 months earlier and it was for minge, and just harassment (I do believe that this would fall under the same thing) and in my warn it said the next time was a ban, so this could have been a correct ban but i dont know.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I had my discord hacked a couple months ago and when i did get hacked it sent out a whole bunch of phishing links to every server in every channel and i had no control over my discord account and im also gonna put an image of what it was because it was some fake discord nitro thing and it was also some bitcoin thing. Also it sent it to everyone on my friends list and i really would not try and sent my friends a scam link cuz im not trying to do anything to them.

See that's what this is but its just an admin who should be a normal player but he can just phys gun me out and i know there is no point because I don't have evidence but that is just this but they had " The Chaos of the bank" they only had about 3 people there and someone trying to put a base down, and if you look at it in a different way Canadian might have moved me out of the base because he though that you cant advert raid in the bank but you could so he let me out but once he learned you could he just remembered when i said let me out seconds before even though i adverted raid, and also if someone is in a base that someone just put down with no keypads... why would i want to be moved out? there is no point in that but if i can i could just take advantage and be let out, also why does he HAVE to Phys gun me out he could just play as a normal player not an admin and he could just no collide it for me because they had only 1 person in the bank at the time i was Phys gunned out.

I'm sorry to say but this is a lie I did call a raid about 10 sec after but then after he said something to me about it I was not Phys gunned until he said that then after that I said " I'm bank raiding" and then he takes me out. so I was not mid Phys gunned when I called the raid I called it you said I could not then you put me out so I don't know a staff is lying but I'm sure because I'm just a 12 y/o kid you are not going to believe me but that's what happened

Reason For Complaint: Canadian Maple decided to put his base dupe down in bank, and then I was saying let me out, and after that he didn't so I was like" ok lets bank raid" so i decided to advert the bank raid, and he said that I could not even though I was in the bank before he put the dupe down, and then he moves me out after I adverted the raid and after he noticed  also before that he said that he would have to put the keypads down so if he knows I adverted raid, and he does not have keypads down then what was the point of moving me out? Not letting me raid because he had no keypads and I already adverted the raid in there so that I could easily raid the bank for the money but then he moves me into someone and i get killed. I don't have any proof but he himself has admitted to it and also they had Bri and Bryan handling the case, but nothing happened because they said that i did ask to be let out but if you have any common sense then you would understand that if I advert bank raid when he has no keypads then what was the point of letting me out and he saw the bank raid and he moved me out after he said I couldn't advert raid in there.
