I don’t believe blowtorches need to be nerfed, not very often is there’s a group of four people raiding together, mind you there were 5 people inside the base that a group of four was raiding and you guys definitely had the jump on us as at least two of you knew we were coming in and could see as as we entered from a considerably small hole.

What fuggin crate is this in?

+1 This would make sense it’s the same concept as police changing jobs do they can’t just raid the vault when they’re already inside.

Your attempt at defending yourself was bribing the reporting party. There were multiple previous instances you were pointing the projectiles at myself and others you knew what you were doing and knew what was possible with the item. 

things like what you’re asking for are already in the game? there’s bosses able to be spawned every hour you receive cases for fighting the bosses and there are also arena fights you can start with all sorts of weapons for wagers as well and you can invite anyone in the server to these arenas

Edit: Another thing to add is it’s been a shared account for awhile so that would obviously come to and end. That being said about the shared account the personalities you’ve seen could’ve been one person or another. @ThiccYe

General Questions

How can you contribute to Aether?: Ive got a lot of knowledge about the game as well as the Aether community, so I believe Ive got a lot to offer to the playerbase. Ive staffed before but it was with ULX commands but its been some time since then. Im often active in the server I do afk a lot during the day but when Im active its usually for a fair amount of time. 

Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes Ive read the rules and understand and feel comfortable enforcing them correctly and unbiased

Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?:  Yes Ive got no issue accepting critisism from peers and following instruction.

Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits each week?: Yeah thats light work.

DarkRP Rule Questions

Raids can last how long?: Raids can last up to ten minutes after a proper advert is used

If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: 30 minutes after the raid advert 

What initiates a raid?: A raid is initiated when the player adverts "/advert Raid" If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: As long as the player is a thieving job who is allowed to steal they can do so without adverting if there is no need to lockpick or use another form of breaching tool.

Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): "/advert Raid" is the simplest form but youre allowed a little bit of pizzazz in the correct format

If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No that would be RDM considering you havent annouced youre raiding

If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No if youre arrested during a raid the raid is over and you must continue waiting your 30 minute cooldown 

If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No that is revenge rdm if you are Rdmed and you want to take action a ticket should be made about it

A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: If it was the instigators first offense a verbal warn would be given after I let them know what theyve done wrong

List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding and stealing is illegal

Raidables detected by the contrabaned scanner are always illegal

Harming players is illegal unless you are inside your base defending it

Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted

How many bases can you own per party?: A player can have one raidable base and one RP-Only base

A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Depending on their actions I would use the necessary means to assist their cooperation If say they were spamming chat id mute them, mic spamming id gag them and so on.

Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes to begin with Its creating a poor environment for other players and if it becomes a serious issue could be considered harassment.

Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of staff abusing their powers would be spawning weapons to use to their advantage in a raid or pvp, or using their staff powers otherwise for some sort of advantage like raiding or pvping in god mode. I would handle it by letting a superior know whats going on

A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: Id first try to determine if the player is simply killing his friends thats not such a big deal unless someone makes a report though if it were someone just killing randoms for their joy id take them to admin land freeze them in place let them know what they did wrong and depending on their previous warns punish them accordingly.

A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: Id find out If there is a reason for the  lockdown and ask them to turn it off if there was no reason given if they continue refusing id turn it off myself make them aware of the rules for lockdown and carry on if it still continued id demote the mayor and warn if needed for job abuse

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Why the fuck would jouaram would make it so printers explode, beats the piss outta me! so i start complaining and shit about it like I do when jouaram does some dumb shit and he hits me with the DONALD TRUMP GIF! COME ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN this fucking guy is nutso bonkers dude like for realllllllllllll so lets be real the printers shouldnt explode what if some new player joins and he starts basing and then all of a sudden he realizes his printers are low and before he can get to them BOOM they just blow up in his fucking face and then he quits cause thats fucking dumbbb and lets be real no one wants to bank their printers just to find out some lazy asshole fart nugget banker didnt refill them so now theyre gone and now you gotta run your fatass all the way back to the bank to respawn them again thats a lotta fuckin work. No one wants to be chillin in their base scrolling trough tik tok and then have their printers explode. I believe with enough support on this topic jerome will change it because he will see just how wrong it was to do some shit like this.

Suggestion: ALlow red and blue event participant to have printers spawned so that when those who are participating in events dont lose their printers when their job is forcefully swapped and hte bankers dont lose out on their money from the bank either It makes sense. also possibly allow mitchiri to have its printers considering after every event donnie likes to turn everyone into mitchiri

How will this improve the quality of Aeter?: Dont have to respawn my fucking printers.

Suggestion: let me put my money back in my inventory or add some sort of way to be able to store it somewhere else than my pockets so i can resist spending it. like an atm but with no interest.
