Sounds like harassment. Sitting in a guys base for 30 minutes and killing him when he tried to kill you, which you can’t do as a dwarf while trespassing. 

are you reporting yourself? Or what’s going on here. Personally I would have banned you for low-end harassment and I’m suprised Tango was so easy on you. You got respawned a few times. So what, move on, at least you’re not banned which I personally think you should be.

Korby seems to be positive it was RDM so I’m not sure what you’re getting at by saying he wasn’t sure. 

If it wasn’t RDM then yeah he should be warned and punished for NLR. But based on what’s been said Danny didn’t check if it was actually RDM because it wasn’t reported he just banned him for NLR. Which is absolutely not how things should be handled

I have no place in the conversation. Nor do I understand the situation. However I’m quite concerned and disappointed that it looks like every staff member replying except for David is ignoring the server rules. 
 

• If you are RDMed and 100% certain it's RDM, then NLR does not apply and you may return.

did you even check if he was RDMed? If he was RDMed he can in fact return.

This is most definitely not how it works. A kill isn’t valid simply because it isn’t reported. If a player would simply like to move on and return to that area because it was RDM that is fine.
