For me to contribute to the server as a staff, I will always listen to both sides of a problem and solve it to the best of my capabilities. To help me accomplish this goal too, I will stay calm and be respectful. Not only that, but I will continue to memorize these rules so that i know what to tell other players not to do. So in other words, I can contribute to Aether because I am active and will be an available staff on most of the times, I will be respectful, calm, and listen to all sides of a situation, and lastly, I will know the rules fully and enforce them as correctly as possible. (Yes/No): Yes DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes What initiates a raid?: By adverting if your raiding, assisting in a raid, and or raiding(assist) pd, which is then followed by lockpicking a door/fading door or keypad cracking a fading door If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes, as long as you advert your raiding too. List 3 default Laws of The Land: Do not attack other citizens unless in self-defense, Do not steal or break into other people's homes, Money printers/drugs are illegal, Kos/Aos laws must have a 10 second warning unless in danger. How many bases can you own per party?: 1 A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?:-If the player is rdming and or shooting at other players, I would jail/freeze them so that they can no longer do so.-If the player continues to avoid sits such as running off, I would freeze/jail them so that they can't.-If a player continues to mic spam, I would gag them for an appropriate period of time such as 5 minutes or for however long the sit will be so that I can punish them. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): If another staff member is abusing their powers such as, grabbing an innocent player, no-cliping while raiding, cloaked while raiding, in god-mode while raiding/more health, banning or using any punishment that is not needed, I would first tell them that they should stop respectfully, and if they continue I would take pictures and recording for evidence. After I have done so, I would report it to a higher up and give them the evidence (Example: Trial-mod abusing power = report to a Moderator, Admin, Super-Admin or Owner) A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): -Rdm/Random Deathmatch - Killing someone Without a valid reason such as being shot at, being raided, or raiding someone. (MRDM/Mass random deathmatch - Killing multiple players without a valid reason)-RDA/Random Arrest - Arresting someone without a valid reason such as someone raiding pd, someone raiding another player, or Someone mugging others.-NLR/New Life Rule - This rule means that you cannot come back to the location of where you were killed until 3 minutes have passed. To determine if a player is breaking any of these rules, It could be found in the logs and or video evidence. Extra Comments:-I have one VW for failrpx1 and nothing else really.-If I were to be accepted, it would be my first time as a staff on gmod, Meaning I would like some assistance and guiding such as teaching me commands. You're really active and ask questions all the time to make sure you're doing the right thing. 1. I would go straight to SA / Owner if somebody's abusing their powers not to a Mod. 2.
