I'm pretty active and I always try and listen to everyone and help them in the best way and to the greatest of my abilities. I will always remain under control in any situation. I will always listen to a power higher than me and always take what they say into consideration. Rules will not be a problem to me since I will keep them memorized. (Yes/No): Yes DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes What initiates a raid?: When the raider /advert Raid. Or it can also be a /advert PD Raid If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Yes since you are raiding the owner of the base List 3 default Laws of The Land: Drugs, Printers and Explosives are Illegal. Raiding is Illegal. Threatening is Illegal. How many bases can you own per party?: 1 A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: If a player is running off during the sit and RDMing others I would freeze/jail them to stop them from RDMing If a player is being obnoxious, such as mic spam, I would ask them to stop at least two times. If they do not stop, I will gag them. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): First I would ask the staff member to stop respectfully and think about what they did. If they do not stop their actions, I will record/screenshot what they are doing, and send it to a higher power. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM: Random Deathmatch. Where you kill a player with no valid reason. ex: Shooting/Shooting and killing somone. Raiding their base and or raiding someone. RDA: Random Arrest: Where you arrest someone with no valid reason. Valid reasons to arrest someone are, shooting at you or someone else, raiding, mugging, etc: NLR: New Life Rule. NLR is a rule where if you raid someone and kill the owner of the base that you are raiding, the owner cannot come back to his base or the area for 3 minutes. I could determine if someone RDM'd someone else (For example the other person in the sit) by checking the logs and seeing if the player did damage to the other player in the sit. If the victim did not do any damage and the other person in the sit did all the damage, I am able to conclude that the player RDM'd the other one. To determine if someone broke NLR, I can once again check logs and look at the time the raider killed the owner of the base. Then, if the owner of the base did break NLR, then in logs, it would show either the raider killing the owner again, or, the owner killing the raider. To determine if someone RDA'd, for example if the player that arrested the victim said that the victim of the arrest was raiding a base, I would check logs again to see if the victim as actually lockpicking/keypad cracking the base.
