Vetes basically said what I wanted to say. Definitely touch up on your knowledge of the rules. I have interacted with you quite a lot and you are a very nice person. You do a lot of builds for the community as well so people have a base to start off with, or to use if they aren't feeling like making something themselves. I do think you'd do well as staff, but definitely brush up on the rules. +/-, leaning closer to +1

-1, I've dealt with you on the topic of racism before, and I guess it didn't get through to you that it wasn't allowed considering you went on to get banned for excessive racism, and get punished for a racism related warn 3 times after I had warned you. You're active I'll give you that, and have had good interactions with you outside of sits, but unfortunately I agree with what Monika, Seyla & Papa Waffle said.

Honest opinion I think he can do it, hope one day I can be a team with this dude. I feel the same way he feels about the night time admin.. Sometimes it's hard to play and have a good time at night, can't forget about the night time players. I have some questions about the rules still that has to do with building etc so I'm kinda in the same boat with not being 100% on some of the more complex questions that might be thrown at me so I'm gonna have to say + on my end.

Neutral from me I see you on frequently, and I think it's really cool that you make+post bases for people to use. I do believe that you've improved your attitude and have had no issues lately with toxicity in OOC from what I've seen. However, you do have at least one somewhat recent warn, and as others mentioned, your rule knowledge could be touched up on. A solid understanding of the rules is necessary if you wish to enforce them. Nothing is really a glaring issue here, and I believe it all listed concerns can be worked on very easily. Good luck.

-1 You and I have never really interacted much, but I agree with Monika on everything brought up. Don't get me wrong the application is well written out besides a slightly confusing answer for the NLR question but the only thing that bothers me the amount of racism warns that are still active to even be considered at the moment.

Not a bad application. I only really got one thing to comment on for the application itself, and that's your explanation of NLR. I am a little confused by this I won't lie. While you aren't technically wrong on the time for how long a raid can last, and you got the definition of NLR correct, I am a little lost on what you are getting at here. Are you saying the party is raiding? You can't raid a base that has a building sign up. I think you could find a better example of what NLR is to show you know what the rule really means, because you didn't touch on the official time for NLR, just how long a raid can last. One of my main issues that I have is just, some of the things I have seen you say in chat. They aren't really needed. As staff, you gotta watch what you say. You would represent Aether, and saying things like "I will enslave you" is just immature to put it nicely. I know what you were referencing, and while FNV is a great game, there are other aspects of it to talk about other than this. Another issue I have is the warnings (minus 1 RDM | RIS warn) on your profile. All of the following warnings are still active. Most of which are RDM, but you have a few for racism and hate speech. RDM is whatever at the end of the day (granted it's not something someone looking to be staff should engage in), but having several active racism warns and bans, one of which being excessive? Not something we want to see for potential staff members. You are relatively active from what I can recall (at least you have been on when I have been around) with about 4 days on your profile. However, I do have to -1. Keep being active, let the racism warns expire (60 days after the warn was given) and change some of the topics you talk about and I think you could be a potential staff member if you act more mature, just not staff material at this time. EDIT: I also agree with seyla on how you don't take sits seriously. You made a sit on potential RDM, and while I was trying to explain what the verdict was to you, you proceeded to just open cases without acknowledging what I had to say, then either called me or the person you called a sit on a "fuckass man" when I stopped you for a second by freezing you mid air just to see if you understood the reason why you were not RDM'd. If you cannot focus in a sit you made, I do find it hard to believe at this moment you would be able to focus on your staffing duties.

My Thought on Revenge RDM: If a player who was RDM’d went to the player and revenge RDM’d it violates your right to call a Moderator for a sit of the said RDM, but it does not specifically say in the AetherNetwork DarkRP Rules where revenge RDM is allowed or not allowed. But for this situation Revenge RDM is not allowed and the person committing Revenge RDM could be tried for RDM. Examples of Staff Abusing Their Powers: An example of a Staff abusing their powers in Gmod would be forcing a player who hadn't committed a crime to serve a penalty either be a ban from the server, gag/mute or a certain time of jail. An example of a Staff abusing their powers in the AetherNetwork.gg Discord would be, a mute, kick, ban or demotion of a rank.

Your activity on Aether is great, I've seen you around quite often and it seems like people get along with you. It does however look like you should brush up on your rule knowledge as your answers are rather slim and your answer of NLR is incorrect. Not adverting raid is a fail raid, not an example of NLR. Overall my opinion is +/-. If you remain active and improve your rule answers I'll consider changing my opinion to +1 Good luck!
