HOWEVER, FirePhox never killed Bri, or anyone else for that matter. He only damaged one person 30 minutes before this event occured. He was damaged multiple times but never actually instigated combat or killed anyone. The one time he damaged someone was the only instance where he instigated combat during the entire time he was on the server, and it was 30 minutes earlier. So I see absolutely zero reason for him to be banned for attempted MRDM. That just seems crazy to me, how did it even happen.

I would like to look into what your friends did and if they potentially deserved a ban but I'll need to know their SteamIDs

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: You've added a lot of anime addons from Neptunia Hyper Demension and other things but seriously one of the most manly / memeist / and best animes had 0 addons the server 😭

Reason For Complaint: I had a thief raiding my base, while being raided two dwarfs sneaked in behind him. I had a flaw in my base that the dwarfs could walk underneath my fading doors. ( Didn't realize they whole smaller model thing could abuse that fact. ) Once the door was lock-picked they had ran straight through the gates. In the moment I knew they were not supposed to raid/steal. They were not shooting at us, so we focused on the thief that was raiding. ( In the moment I figured they were just trolling and not going to be a problem. ) Once we finally killed the thief we had walked back into our base seeing the dwarfs were taking our money from the printers and bitcoin farms. We had shot the first one, then the other had killed us both. "Protecting his friend in the party." Though he should have just never been in our base first off. (No Raiding.) As well as not even taking our money from our things. (No stealing.) Both these things are under the description of dwarf, stating they can't raid or steal. After this happened I requested a sit from staff, Drunk had teleported me over as well as my basing buddy Gabe. We explained the above situation that occurred, I assume Drunk wasn't sure. Pooshi teleported to us, we explained the story again. This is where I feel he's in the wrong & left the two dwarfs off without punishment. He tells me in the rules that its completely fine for this to happen. If they have access to walk in and take our money, they are allowed to do it. That any job is allowed to follow a raider in and steal from peoples bases if they have access to it because a thief raided and opened the doors. First off the job description of most non-criminal jobs state they can't raid or steal. What they did is stealing. Pooshi tried saying that this is a weird mix between certain rules. I don't see how it is at all. Taking from someones things is theft, their job says they can't steal. Is he telling me any job can walk in a base and take things because the doors open.

Suggestion: Allow a upgrade all inside of the bitcoin miners big and small so it takes less effort to upgrade 1, upgrade 1 ,upgrade 1, upgrade 2 , upgrade 2, etc , etc (4 times)

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I think it would allow a QOL addition to the bitcoin class and just be a less of a nuisance for bitmining.

infection counter intuitive if you need to become infected to use it as you cant use any guns or etc whilst infected and die right after, so either buff the healing while infected and remove passive, or dont change at all imo

I saw this one addon where fences specifically are all faded for some time as a grenade and would help w zig zag bases....i hope you look into this

No Intent To Roleplay’ means to have no intention of interacting with the gameplay Aether has provided whilst trying to disrupt as many others as possible, these are the worst types of minges and need to be dealt with accordingly.

You had no intention of interacting properly with the gameplay aether had provided with the grapples to disrupt myself and many other players

After being told to stop a multitude of times (in ooc and voice) you continued to grapple onto other/same players

You considered the things we said as something to scoff and mock as you proceeded to

alter the tone of your voice and slander the mods with things such as "the staff are simps for Graphics as this was your first victim"

After such things of us telling you we would kill you, you then decided to avoid this gameplay by heading into spawn whilst staying grappled which is considered FailRP-

due to you avoiding the default reason for us adverting for you to go away more specifically for you not to grapple.

@highroller silencemaybe if you could help turn your friends around from trolling and rulebreaking while staff it'd show how well you are versed in the community and such.

then why is there a need for them to be able to jump? clearly no one is going to build a base where they can jump over props and other players cannot be forced to do the same. So it seems counter intuitive  to have rules that contradict in such a way. But on that note it doesn't really specify how "High" they have to be able to jump.

You can still do custom songs and Pop Stars on Expert+ is mmmmmmm amazing

Why Should You Be Unbanned: During this experience, A lot of staff members were busy it would not accept my tickets so it made me feel like I was not being payed attention to and I seen no tickets being taken. Just a little note to think about whilst reading, I entered PD to ask for a gun license no one would listen to me and everyone instantly arrested me even though I was told I could go up there. That angered me so I felt resentment towards the PD, I waiting my NLR and came back and raided but failed. I then waited my timer once again, raided successfully and a player came back to me and broke NLR arresting me. My friend and I came back breaking NLR which I do admit to, and I'm very sorry for. Engaging other players which weren't part of the situation, this brought other people into the mix that was and is still not necessary. I made a ticket during this situation before I re-raided, whilst also waiting for my ticket to be accepted. This is when I exited PD after finally a somewhat successful raid, I was killed by the Mayor who was innocently standing on top of a building shooting at me and other players. After this I was brought into the admin sit and the staff decided to either give it a Both Warned or a Everyone gets along and goes away from each other type of approach. The Mayor chose to have both of us warned resulting in this ban. If you do decide to appeal my ban, I would be most grateful. Extra Extra Note : I'm sorry for everything that happened here and all the people that got involved when they shouldn't have had this experience with me, I will do anything in my power to make it up to those players and I should have just waited for my ticket to be accepted.

Next time wait for a sit, we see you and are dealing with other players 

After reading : Arrested after verbal allowance upstairs,waited,  raided (died) , waited , raiding, halfway through arrested after the cop broke NLR, went back and completed raid, came out and multiple people shot by mayor. @Dreadnaught I think this is the list of events

If this is correct and after reading multiple times I think is. Then you're good  +1
