How will this improve the quality of Aether?: [DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH] banrkers make id say a little more than double a bank gaurd if the banker is making 10m the bank guards are making like 5m  i think just buffing the pay on bank guard would be alot better. it does havent to be a huge buff  or at least make a way for bankers/bankguards to get criminal crates
