I love this community, the staff, the events, and much more. I want to be there for the people without a voice. I love teaching new players the rules and how to perform their jobs correctly. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: yes and I am more then willing to work on anything i need too in my trial mod phase. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes I want to grow as a staff and learn from the best. Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: yes and probably more DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10mins max What initiates a raid?: /advert raid/advert bank raid/advert pd raid/hit raid If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: yes you can if they are by the doors. you have to advert raid still or its rdm List all default Laws of The Land: laws are enforced with either KOS/AOS without warning. Raiding/money printers/drugs/bitcoin big racks are illegal. harming others are illegal unless self defense, threats are illegal,kidnapping and theft are illegal. shooting guns are illegal. KOS/AOS is a 10 second cool down before enforcing How many bases can you own per party?: 1 per party A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: well first i would try to resolve the situation as fast as i could and tell them to cooperate or i will mute/gag them. if it continues i would warn them for what they are brought in for and return them Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: yes but there are exceptions like if someone is raiding it might ruin peoples time, but its in the game and allowed. however if they are NITRP then it is not allowed (bothering/harassing players) ETC. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: so if a staff member is abusing there power I would clip the evidence and IMMEDIATLY get a higher up to follow up on it. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?:I would first go to a safe place for a sit and then I would tp them to me where it I just me, the RDMer and the person who is making the sit. I would then have to explain that what hes doing is wrong. then I would check his warns and see how many times he has MRDM. if it his first warning then I would give him the proper consequence. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would make sure that what they are doing is wrong and talk to them about it. when they comply I would give them a VW and have them turn it off Extra Comments:I have been playing on this server for a month or so and I can say that I have learned a lot about staffing. it has always been my desire to staff and to help the server as well. I have also been watching Drake take sits and I have learned so much.
