How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Well, a lot of things can be made by people just a gun shop, an alarm system to alert base members upon being raided, and you can make street lamps. I think it'll be a good addition because of what people can make it's truly awesome what people can make with just this one tool. So I think that's why it could improve the quality of aether.
