How will this improve the quality of Aether?: This has always been one of my favorite weapon packs due to its diversity and simplicity. There are tons of different kinds of weapons - including throwables, launchers, melee, and combinations. I think it'd be easy to split these up on the server - adding some of the more 'pure' weapons in crates like the infantry and lowpoly, and others in standard 'seasonal' crates as more rare items. 

The weapons have unique reload/idle animations, particle effects, sounds, custom handmodel support, correct posing, and more.

I've included just a few sample screenshots of the more.. interesting weapons, but there are a ton in the packs that you can check out for yourself.

A downside that I notice is that the packs are pretty beefy in filesize, and the author insists that the parts can't be isolated - but I haven't tested myself.

-1 to anything that would directly impact PvP. I am all for cosmetics, but I agree with Dildozerr in regards to anything that would make a perm more powerful.

+1: chill, level-headed player, fun to be around, very active. 

+1. Don't know if there's a way that could implement a timing minigame to make jobs go faster/reward more, but that's my simplest suggestion. Would also change job from being a "click on this and wait" type thing.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Uniquely styled models that are all below 10mb. Three of the models even have an alternative skin in the form of a bodygroup. Loader has toggleable mecha arm bodygroups. There are models that I still never see people use - I think some (or all) of these would make neat replacements.

Keep in mind by AB/XP, I mean like pocket lint amounts (10 AB, ~500xp), and of course the rarity is always adjustable. I understand the lowtiers more, even if it was an astronomically low chance.

Suggestion: Add new items to the dumpster pool (perhaps at the expense of one or two of the current items). Possible items:

• AB orbs containing low amounts of AB
• Sellables from other jobs (meth, lean, etc.)
• XP orbs
• Low tier rarities (with VERY low odds).

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I staffed on a server years ago that had extra items like this, it helped out new players some. I know that it isn't difficult by any means to farm money on Aether, but I believe it would add a fun perk to the hobo job.

No additional addons or entities would be added through this, only drops that already exist in the server.
