He’s saying that after you level up your mining or lumberjack to a certain extent, that you would spawn with the pickaxe or axe with no matter what job you are.
I don’t see why not, mining is getting a bit underused and rewarding players with a pickaxe/axe perm would encourage the use of them much more. As well as giving players more things to do while playing other jobs.

I understand your probably reading this thinking what the fuck do you know about running a server or knowing what addons to exactly add to the server. I would be thinking this too, But I've been around on Garry's Mod since 2014 the year the current printers have released and some of you probably have too. maybe some of you even before my time. When I suggest these addons I'm not exactly saying you've should add this exact addon it could be any other printer system which is updated and with the time of today.
It's just like getting on a new game you've just downloaded and seeing the same shit as the last game you've been on.

That’s cool and all but you’re not considering server performance or the fact that not everyone is joining looking for something new and fresh. Half the people hopping in to servers are old gmod players just getting back into the game, and would much rather find something familiar that having to learn a whole new printer system that looks like its straight out of the pentagon. There’s nothing wrong with simplicity and familiarity, especially something as minuscule as printers.

You may be getting into some stupid situations in game but you've been on a lot and genuinely playing the game trying to RP. I think you've done well enough to earn a second chance on being on discord since you've shown you're dedication to playing on the server for fun and not malicious intent.

These clips you've provided are out of context and seem to be only one instance of attacking you guys.
Looking at logs from that night, you and KingJax were RDMing each other back and forth for a while with both of you instigating.
This whole scenario seems petty and it wouldn't be right to punish one or the other when you were both breaking the rules against each other.

Your previous demotion as staff is concerning, although I haven’t personally haven’t seen those issues first hand since I’ve known you. You’re definitely a cool guy to play with and hang around, and you get along well with the current staff team.
My main issue though is that almost all of your activity in game is spent AFK. I’ve only actively seen you play early in the mornings and I’m not sure any time otherwise.+/-

You went out of your way to bother Axo while you already had a first offense warn for harassing him. As this was your second offense I banned you per punishment guidelines. Not really any other way around it, just avoid interacting with Axo.

AB is already made passively, with prestige rewarding you with higher multipliers for the rate you get it. On top of that we get constant weekend bonanzas the boost that passive rate all the time. I don’t think a printer would be necessary and would probably shake up the economy negatively.

Almost any swep can be used to mess with other people and minge, it all just depends on the person who will be breaking the rules by doing that. If you could explain how the Ligma swep gives players an unfair advantage used to minge, and give suggestions on how to tweak it, that would be great. The swep won’t be completely removed from everyone’s inventory just because it has the capabilities to minge.

There isn’t enough evidence here to file a harassment warn as all your screenshots are just one instance of toxicity. Avoid further interaction with whoever the moderator at the time tells you to avoid or it will end in warnings for low-end harassment for you as well, and if they interact with you just continue to make in game reports and ignore them.

If you can’t interact with a group of players without it causing issues then you’ll be warned with a low-end harassment warn. Pancakes reasoning is valid, avoid interacting with these players from now on to avoid furthers warns and punishments.

I definitely think it would be worth a shot giving you trial mod, you absolutely have the potential, but my main concern is wether or not you have a mic/are willing to use it. Staffing while using only text is incredibly hard and slows down the speed/fluidity of sits, as well as making training/reviews incredibly difficult to complete. If you can commit to using a mic, and show that in game, I could easily give your app a +1. I would also like to see some more activity across forums and discord as well.

When checking logs for that sit I saw that you had sniped 3 individuals from a very long distance with no evidence of a hit. The only reasoning you gave was that you thought they were going to shoot you, which isn’t a valid reason, so I gave you the MRDM warn and punishment.

If @Jouaramremembers and could give more context it would be great, but considering I just recently banned you for blatant mass rdm, I doubt you have good intentions for the community.

Doesn't matter whether they have raidables or not, as long as your player job is allowed to steal and you don't have to use any raiding tools, you can steal anything in their base without an advert.
Although its very loosely reported or enforced, raid adverts should not have any extra text in it other than raid/pd raid/bank raid.
Correct but im not sure what you mean by raid "action". In this scenario you would have to at the very least advert raid before killing the owner of the base as long as they are in interference distance.
This is assuming that the rule-breaker has already had their first offense warned. 5 minute jail is only for second offense RDM and this punishment would very much depend on their previews warns.
Freezing works if they are being physical or attacking during a sit, but what if they are talking over others or spamming their mic/chat?
Some players ONLY have fun by intentionally ruining other players time, whether its directly or indirectly. These kinds of players should, if caught, be met with NITRP or Lowend/Harassment warns if they are targeting a player or group of players.
Your wording on this is kind of weird. I can go around giving any player my own personal money or weapons and there would be nothing abusive about it. If you mean doing that by using commands in any context outside of reimbursement or for events, then you'd be correct.
You would not want to immediately jump to punishing the player for this. You would want to explain that lockdowns need a valid reasoning that should be broadcasted. If there is no valid reasoning you would ask him to turn it off while explaining the rules to them. If the mayor refuses to give a valid reason and/or end the lockdown, thats when you would resort to demotion and turning the lockdown off yourself. Demotion and punishment should never be the first thing you do.
Overall your staff app needs a good amount of work. It seems a bit rushed and like you definitely need to read through the rules/staff handbook some more.
You do have potential though and you seem like a cool dude, so i think it is definitely possible for you to do well as staff.
