Looks like you continued an argument, that you were pretty toxic in, even after given the chance to stop.  Hann even told you if you don't stop talking about it in OOC that you will receive a warn for toxicity, where you responded with "don't care", which you obviously do.  You didn't stop after being told so she gave you the warn, end of story.  The only thing i see wrong with this is that Hann should have warned you for OOC toxicity instead of regular toxicty.

Your application is pretty good and you have a great grasp of the rules (not sure if ive ever seen you actually break one). You’ve also got great activity and you are very much loved by the community. My only concerns are that you seem to wear your heart on your sleeve a bit and would hate to see you let emotions get in the way of staffing. You’ve been doing really good lately though so that could all be irrelevant. I think you would be a great fit on the staff team and I’m excited to see how you do.

You broke the rules and it was RDM which you have previous warns for, so it’ll always be up to a 1d ban.

Staff have discretion when it comes to punishments, we can choose not to punish players or to punish players regardless of what the victim wants to happen.

It was almost midnight, we had just gone through a restart and there was a lot of chaos going on because of it, so I chose to proceed with leniency, as I believe what Shoui did was not out of malice.  Shoui getting warned would not have accomplished anything as they probably thought you guys were just having fun and didnt expect you to blow the situation out of proportion and try to get them punished to the fullest extent. You didn't get killed so you didn't lose anything, but I still tried to reimburse you (not a bribe) so you could leave the sit happier than you came into it. I did this earlier when you had an old RDM sit that hadn't been taken because all staff were afk at the time, and you happily accepted it.

There’s no proof in logs if he went past the KOS sign, so you would’ve needed to provide a clip of the situation as proof. At this point it’s your word vs logs and we will always go by logs.

Too small for people wanting to test perm items, especially ones used for transportation. 
What if it’s done like !deathmatch is done in TTT severs? Where you’ll be ghosted and can only interact with/see other players who are ghosted, but can still move around the whole map and stuff

Guess you didn’t want to mention that Hann gave you your money back. 

You are constantly breaking the rules and need to learn your lesson. Every time something doesn’t go your way, you make an appeal or report that always gets denied, with no understanding that what you’ve done is wrong. At the same time, you go out of your way to make sure just about every other player you interact with get in trouble in any form, and you want them punished to the fullest extent. You have no idea what’s fair and what’s not, and I recommend you learn to take it easy before you tarnish your reputation, as the boy who cried wolf, any farther. Hann handled this just as any staff should, and you’re handling this just as any player shouldn’t.

As Korby seems to not have any proof of his side of the story (which he for some reason never does when he gets banned), I can’t see this ban getting appealed. Korby and Chimp also seem to have nothing but toxic interactions and I would suggest they avoid interacting with each other before more problems arise and create larger issues.

Also being that Chimp, presumably I'm saying this, lost nothing from that death besides a mere few seconds of running back to where he died. There seems to be no mercy and rationality from the staff team anymore due to rewards being increased for taking many sits. (Almost as it is a race to have more sits, warns, and bans on the record) What a shame.
