I agree about separating art from the artist but only to an extent. The character was made by a known pedophile for other pedophiles and we aren’t going to support that on the discord.

This was the second time you raided this base, so you knew it was literally empty except for a desk, a few chairs, and a lot of people you wanted to kill. You didn’t wait the raid timer, and you didn’t advert raid. You were muted for OOC Toxicity prior to this, meaning you were incapable of adverting raid, meaning that you are incapable of raiding during that mute. You did not have a valid reason to kill the 5+ people in there.

The staff that took your sit is the one that has final say in the matter, any disagreements you have need to be taken straight to forums and not argued in game. Fang did nothing wrong by not fulfilling your request.

You adverted Raid then shot an RPG at the ground outside of the bank, right after you switched off of banker to master thief, then to bank guard directly after. You only adverted raid solely to kill those players and had no intention of actually raiding the bank. 

As for the protesters, I warned 2 players, one of which was a ban, for NITRP for pasting massive signs on the bank building. The other players were quite literally role playing a protest and I watched everything to make sure they weren't actually interacting with the bank or being abusive towards the bankers in any way. I'm sorry that those text-screens really hurt your feeling so much, but it was not personal towards you in any way. Nobody was harassing you, it was your decision to continuously interact with the protesters and let yourself get upset instead of just staying inside the bank and playing your job.

Without damage there would be no logs to show people abusing it, whether they’re constantly harassing someone with it or using it to knock people off of high ledges. Without damage the only evidence to prove rule breakings with it would only be clips. 

Your rule breakings were irresponsible, not accidental, so no leniency was required.

All of that breaks the rules and that is RDAx3, which is a 1 day ban. It is your responsibility to read the rules and follow them, just because you didn't do that does not mean it was an accident and leniency is not necessary. If you have any clips or evidence of Fang being abusive as staff please feel free to share here.
