During the time you were active on Aether, you didn’t once seem to have the servers health in your best interest. Your priorities seemed to be only your own entertainment and your own materialistic gains. You were addicted to gambling, obtaining items and currency, and pushing the boundaries of the rules as much as possible and as often as possible. After being banned, you gathered countless alts and used them endlessly until the past few months, and teased staff about it the entire time, which shows complete lack of remorse for the decisions you made leading to your ban. Maybe you have changed and become a better person, but your actions for so long showed no intention of being an upstanding member of the community. I don’t think an unban is completely out of the question, but for now I think it is too soon to consider, and personally believe you have an unhealthy obsession with Aether anyway.

I really don’t understand what you are trying to argue here. Immortal was timed out on discord for reasons stated above. No one else has gotten timed out related to this post

I don’t know why you guys think you’ll be timed out for contributing to a discussion. The is a public post and public responses are welcome here. 
 

Also no one is threatening or trying to force anyone into having an opinion. Tremor’s whole point is that someone so young should not be exposed to this kind of stuff in the first place, and that’s why we are cracking down on it. 
 

Zenie is allowed to form an opinion, and made his own decision to apologize to tremor for misunderstanding. No threatening going on.

Not all furry stuff is sexual or fetishized, but when it is posted solely because that person is attracted to it and trying to instigate conversation about it is what we are trying to avoid. Also that wasn’t the sole reason he was timed out. 
 

This only really became a problem recently with actual sexual and  fetishized furry content becoming commonly posted in public discord channels. 
 

You are right though, we definitely should have cracked down on this sooner, Pooshi got away with too much

Very well done application. 
I have only had good interactions with you, and while you may not have massive playtime, you have been very active and made a noticeable impression on the server.
As long as you stay on this track, I see no reason why you shouldn't deserve a shot at Trial Moderator.

You have plenty of RDM and Fail Raid warns, there’s no excuse for you to not know the rules and follow them accordingly

If anything door owner should be bumped down to 6 and maybe a rule added for no more than 6 people in one base. More than that would be a nearly impossible base to raid, especially as raiders usually run in groups of at most 3-4

Those are still not a valid reason to create a vote demote. Vote Demote are purely to handle job abuse, which there is no evidence of Korby doing.

Despite making a sit or not before creating the vote, this is not a valid reason for demotion as there is no evidence of Job Abuse.

No I just personally don’t think it is a good fit for DarkRP and wouldn’t want to see it on the server again. 

We’ve tried this before and while it was a big hit, it was a huge hit on performance and I personally felt it was way too clique-y

You have definitely stuck around the server and that shows dedication to wanting to staff, I'm glad your last apps denial didn't demotivate you.
This application is also absurdly well done and in depth. You only have 1 warn for RDM which isn't a big deal.

I see no reason why you shouldn't deserve a shot at staffing.

Because the ban length can be upped to second offense if the rule is broken maliciously enough. 
Since you directed a hateful word towards another player, it was malicious enough to warrant a 1 week ban, especially since we know that you know better.

Several times you’ve posted sexual comments towards non-consenting  players both in game and in discord, and have changed your name to continue sexualizing yourself for when you interact with the community. This is the second time you’ve done this and have been told not to, so I timed you out. 
 

This community is mostly consisted of underage kids, so nothing about your name should be sexualized or fetishized
