This ban appeal looks to be either a person lying to attempt to get out of a ban and get back at a mod, or someone who genuinely thinks they were in the right in this situation. Either way there is zero evidence In their favor that I've seen and an overwhelmingly negative response from the community.

I don't believe you should be unbanned, if you genuinely want to play on this server I recommend reading the rules and coming back after the ban.

This should just be handled at this point, Dev has ignored this for 10 days straight.

+/- This seems like a decent addition, but I feel double normal player speed would be a bit too much, at that point, unless you can kill them, once they've seen you, you really can't escape even with some tricky movement.

That would be fair, but I don't think I've taken any sits against him and if I were to I'd try to treat it as fairly as possible, bias isn't exactly a great thing to have when handling an actual sit.

If I'm being honest, don't like sgt haney williams, never have, and have really wanted a reason to punish him in some way, I can just never get one.

I support this, but am a bit iffy on the wheels part, while I don't know why they've been blocked I just don't see them being used very much. I could just look like an asshole if 80% of the server starts using them but we'll see.

• How can you contribute to Aether Network?: While I have no previous staffing experience I believe I would be a good fit for it. As I have a firm grasp on the rules and a few of the punishments. I try my best to maintain a non-toxic playstyle while I'm online, and I am usually not doing anything important to myself while online, allowing me to be open for taking sits as often as possible.
• What is RDM?: RDM, or Random Death Match is when a play kills another play without a valid roleplay reason.
• Raids can last how long?: Raids can last a maximum of 10 minutes.
• What initiates a raid?: After an advert, stepping inside, lockpicking, or shooting at the base initiates a raid.
• If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?:If they are within interfering distance, or start to interfere you may shoot them.
• List 3 default Laws of The Land: Threats are illegal, money printers, drugs, and explosives are illegal, and shooting in public is illegal
• How many bases can you own per party?: You are only allowed 1 base per party
• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Depends on the situation, if they're mic-spamming or chat-spamming, gag or mute them. If they're running from the sit, freeze them and deal with the sit from there. And if they're RDMing in a sit strip their weapons and move from there.
