- Are you currently happy with your activity on the server and Forums as a player?: Yes, I have been on every day except for like maybe 1 and I have had a bunch of fun encounters with everybody 🙂
- Have you read the most up to date rules and Staff Handbook?: Yes I have just had a full in depth look at the Rules & staff rules and most of it looks familiar
- Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits a week?: Those are rookie numbers, you need to pump those numbers up 😉 ( yes this will be no issue )

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I feel like this could facilitate more player interactions as the current PM system feels a bit dated and this would be a really cool way to contact a friend all the way across the map. Also has a few more fun features such as game apps and the printer tracker. Think this would be a great addition, let me know what you think! 🙂

If a player kills a mutlipul people without any reason I would check who the player killed and determine the time between the kill/kills in the logs and find out the situation of why they killed the person and if they give a reason like "they looked at me weird" i would determine it was rdm and punish them accordingly.

Well if the play just does it one time then I probably wouldn’t punish the player that punched because that victim is allowed to kill the instigator upon being damaged by that player, but if it keeps happening, and escalates to a harassment sit then punishment will follow as in the "low-end harassment" criteria
- If someone calls a sit and is wanting the player punished for punching them once then it would be considered RDM unless you know 100% without a shadow of a doubt that it was an accident

Poor excuse for mrdm as it ruins other player's experience of the server, we cannot just give you a slap on the wrist for this and all is well. Feel like you should wait out your time tbh.

Most of your answers are pretty good and you seem to have a good knowledge of rules and how staff do things. All this being said however the way you handle mayor was wrong here. IF a player is refusing to turn it off you would give them another chance to do it with the consequence of being demoted if they refuse again. Would also love to see you around more and good luck!
