   If you are attempting to RP while using a money job that is very highly sought after then you should switch jobs. This has nothing to do with personal gain its so that others who havent had the chance at the job can use it. 

  I feel that this was a fair demotion even if it was for a couple of minutes it wouldn't be such an issue with a low - demand afk-ish job but this was kind of unfair to the many people typing in chat that they wanted weed grower.

 Sounds to me like you were baiting people into getting shot which is very not allowed here. Feel like the day ban was justified but maybe @Tremor can provide context.

 It is implied (not actually written in the rules) as hitman that your main goal of a hit raid is to kill your target and get out as soon as possible, If you were engaged/damaged by another player then yes that would be grounds for killing them but here you were not. Also I was being lenient in not giving you 2 rdm warns for the swat member that got rdmed. I feel like the ban was justified here but if someone could help explain better / corroborate that would be cool.

As I said during the sit that this was still rdm if they hadn't damaged you prior to you killing them and you did not have a clip of the guy chasing you, therefore it was rdm.

Crossfire does not completely free you of a warn, its simply there so the other player has a reason to forgive you but they can also not forgive you and you still get a warn.

The knife wielding player was the one who reported it, if I had brought the other guy you killed also then it probably would've resulted in a harsher warning here.

The man running at you with a knife had not damaged you or instigated any other interaction other than chasing which you do not have video evidence of, You should've waited for that guy to damage you and then shot him. Its a raid yes but that does not mean you can assume people are threats before they cause any damage/combat to happen.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Well, I understand that in the tip jar settings there is a way to stop spamming from happening so spamming "$1" donations repeatedly can not happen. But my suggestion is for there to be a cool down on all tip jars even if you didnt put the setting on. 1. It will stop that if someone didnt already put the spamming thing on. 2. (The real reason im making the suggestion) So that accidently giving money out does not happen. Recently I was giving someone 10 mil and on accident I hit the thing twice, the person refused to give it back and I was stuck 10 mil shorter. I most likely gave into what he was looking for as I was asking to "Can you give me the money back" they didn't. Honestly it wasn't even the money it was the fact that the person I accidently gave it too I knew before as we based together frequently. Anyways, im ranting. The point is . What if it was 100mil instead of 10? And someone accidently clicked it again. The only thing that I could see if this wasn't implemented is counting this as "scamming" and therefore the person could be warned if they didnt give the money back.

Dont think this would be counted as scamming as you technically willingly gave them the money accidental or not. (Idk how you would accidentally press it in the first place lmao)

      Witnessed this happen on multiple occasions and warned the players that you were tricking into breaking the rules. By telling someone to do what they want you are inadvertently provoking them to break the rules. This is not behavior we would like to see on the server.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I feel like it'd better the people of Aether by not having to limit how they communicate with one another. As some don't wanna have to respond on a forum post but want to let the person know that they saw it.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I've noticed that the amount of people using Playermodels has increased and a lot of players are trying to find their mains without stealing onces that are already taken. I thought I would suggest an array of cool ideas that people could use.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I Feel like a lot of players would jump at the chance to donate for a custom job with 1-2 custom sweps of their choice and would be a big change to the stuff we see in the server today. It would give people the opportunity to be a little more creative in roleplay especially if they wanna act like a certain character. Idk if its just me but I think it would be p cool. Thoughts?

• Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes, as of today I have read them about 10 times
• Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes, I am very cool with someone guiding me as they are only trying to help me progress as a staff member
• Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: Most likely? IDK how this new job works yet but I will keep posted if anything drastic changes in my schedule

DarkRP Rule Questions

• Raids can last how long?: 10m from time of the /advert RAID
• If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: They would need to wait 20m to try and raid the SAME base again.
• What initiates a raid?: /advert RAID or the first interaction with a lockpick / keypad cracker
• If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: As long as their job states that they can steal then yes
• Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert RAID | Drop the drugs! 
• If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?:  No you must advert raid or initiate in some other way with them that would support you killing them
• If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: You may return but you cannot enter the raid again or interact with the arresting officer ( EX. Killing him for no other reason than him arresting you prior or being toxic after being arrested)
• If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: Negative, you should probably just call an admin and clip if possible
• A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: I would check for pwarns first and ask if the victim had a clip to help their case, if I see that it was just an accident I would inform the victim and ask if they want warned anyways. If the victim wants them warned ( Accidental or not ) it would be a RDMx1 | VW ( if they havent done it before ) RDMx1 | Accidental | VW and based of their pws it would be RDMx1 | PW ( 5m jail all the way up to 1day ban for 4th offense)
• List all default Laws of The Land:    
• 1. Raiding is Illegal 
• 2. Money printers, drugs, and explosives are illegal
• 3. Bitcoin racks are illegal
• 4. harming other players is illegal(unless in base defense)
• 5. life threats are illegal
• 6. gun license automatically makes all guns on the user legal while holstered
• 7. kidnapping, theft, and harming another player is illegal
• 8. shooting dangerous weapons in public is illegal
• 9. laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the officer's life is in danger or the player is wanted 10. non default laws must be things that players go out of their way to do
• 11. laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are not allowed
• 12. the mayor can choose to make weapons illegal or legal when owned/ held but no other weapon laws
• How many bases can you own per party?: Only one base is allowed per party
• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would freeze the player in place and if they started to cuss me out or just generally make it imposssible to speak it would be a mute + gag.
• Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, if somebody reports that they have been getting harassed or messed with by someone breaking the rules and they want to warn the player then definitely.
• Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it:  Staff member is noclipping through bases to give their friends info on how to raid | I would make sure to get a clip of this happening or as much evidence as I could and report them to a higher up or on the forums.
• A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: Pull them to admin land and check pws and logs, from there I would determine if they receive a 3day first offense ban or 1week - 2week ban for mass rdm
• A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would pull the mayor into a sit and ask them for the reason to the lockdown, if they cant give a valid reason and will not turn it off after I ask in the sit then I would demote them from mayor and disable it myself.

Now that You have fixed your app, I can Fixed Your app I can confidently Support Your App. I've never seen you cause trouble and from the interactions I Remember having with you (Not Too Many) but the one's I have had were always positive and pleasant. As Far as the first quoted and second quoted Questions go That just something u will have to go through Rules and Read, It would seem like common sense to have to do thoes things but sometimes Rules Defy Logic And that's just the Nature of DarkRP
