Let me go ahead and clear this up... since you're confused on the rules.

Even if somebody warns you to go away if they haven't damaged you in anyway you are NOT allowed to attack that person. You must either wait till they start attacking you to be able to fight back or you could simply leave the area.

It's the same way with being inside somebody's base with a KOS sign / Being too far inside the PD (Past second doors or On the stairs.)

Let's say you're in the mayor's office but you're not raiding and you were able to just walk inside without using any tools. The police show up and just walk inside with their guns out but they haven't yet shot at you. You CANNOT shoot the police first just because they came into the PD as well and are more then likely going to kill you. You have to wait for them to start the fight.

This is completely wrong. UNLESS you've started a raid of some kind.

The same goes for any base with a KOS sign. If you're just walking inside you can't just kill whoever comes to check on you because you're past their sign and they're more then likely going to attempt to kill you. That would just be stupid. That'd have everybody just waiting around to bait people to kill them inside their base without actually raiding.

Also this is a tricky case. So when police die by somebody they do have to follow nlr. But that's not to say that the person(s) that killed the cop is able to do anything they'd like in front of them if the player(s) that killed the cop moved to the cop.

So cop dies by PD goes to fountain after respawn player that killed cop goes to cop at fountain and kills or mugs somebody. The cop is able to go after the player even if three minutes aren't up.

This can also be applied to people. So a killer kills a party member not to be attack by anybody else inside the party and they leave. Player that got killed then regroups with party away from where they had died. The killer attacks a different party member then the NLR the person that originally died is able to defend their party member seeing how it's a different scenario.

But let me correct that even though it says they're in the party they aren't immune from damage from police. It's just a glitch that says their in the party still.

If this happens to you then leave PD and switch back on to fix.

I truly expected more out of you three. And to have all this happen because you got asked not to use your powers when not doing staff stuff. It's just sad.
