Yes any sorta of raiding action is considered a raid. Since the player didn't advert the raid they did a silent raid. If they have an innocent reason or not to go inside. They also did a failrp since dwarfs aren't allowed to raid yet they did.

This will be cleared up in next meeting across all staff.

You should know that you are not allowed to base in a actual base with illegals as a Dwarf since it causes fairness problems. Seeing how it's much harder to shoot a dwarf then a normal player model. Dwarfs are only allowed to have pretty much RP only bases in the street and are treated as hobo's.

Then you should call staff / get proof to show if you see them with raidables defended somebody's base since it's not allowed.

But as others have said I don't believe that I've ever interacted with you before. Gamer tracker says you we're on the server for 20h which is where a large chunk of your game time came from and I'm just gonna assume that was from going afk.

So yeah get out there interact with people, even if you're not on the server you can always join the discord and chat it up with people in there. That would also help people get to know who you are.

Next time around if you don't loose interest and work on some of that stuff I'd have no problem with plus one.

Me and Trap we're egging you on to be jokesters. I think it was quite obvious that Trap was forcing me against my will to agree with his mingyness since I was fully focused on becoming a pro rocket rocket car streamer to the fine citizens in the discord call.
