I agree with Danny's response to this. If the player has killed one or two people and only one complains we wont really punish him for the two unless we witnessed it or know somehow that the other player was upset. Now of course if the player is running around killing a whole bunch of people we are swift in the ban of a obvious MRDMer.

The only way to have a mayor removed is if the mayor himself is breaking server rules and being abusive, or if the PD gets raided and he gets killed.

I'm sorry that you don't agree with server rules but hey they're the rules. There is no need to call out two players and say such harsh things over the simple fact you disagree with server rules /  want to disregard them for your own sake and fun.

While I see your point of view and how you might see that as job abuse I don't believe it is. Somebody switching jobs to partake in a raid happens quite often. It's like when a group of people switch off a non raiding job to a raiding one to have fun with friends and raid. The player you complained about hadn't had any interaction with you in that life before switching to PD to counter your raid. An example of job abuse as PD is going cop to get access into the PD before they switch jobs inside and raid the place from inside out.

If anything I think what you described makes raiding a little bit better. It makes you stay on your toes and watch out for everyone who might be a threat. People aren't hard locked into a job simple because you decided to raid.

+1  I'm not sure why people are making some of the criticisms they are because I've seen none of it.

You're pretty active from what I see ( People have lives and that comes before gmod.) You're as active if not as active as me.

You are very friendly to people from what I've seen. You're not easily tempered by others and keep a level head.

You've updated your app to show you have a better understanding of the rules then when you originally posted it which is good.

Overall I think you'd make a good addition to the staff team and prove the haters wrong!

A lot goes into changing a map other than just changing the file and I think it wouldn't do to well with player activity, it would force a lot of people to download a map they 100% don't have and textures from a game that might not be CSS which involves a lot of space

Also to note, his map file is 250MB and the normal downtown tits is only 80MB
Load and stress on the server will be noticeable, and for a lot of people the server will be unplayable due to their shitty computers, but this isn't meant to knock on the map it does look better than the bland textures but I see many reasons Jouaram wouldn't want to switch.
 

Dildozer had make a suggestion for this tool that doesn't make you change the map just changes the textures stuff is. This is what I was referring to when I said retexture it
