    I’m not saying Akuma endorses racism. Just don’t think he should let it slide. It just could become a big ripple effect of letting things slide…

    And this is a lie. Your software shows at least up to 15 seconds of footage given your original clip above. 

    1. As I previously stated you did not show the entire clip as It would show that I also was not cool with him saying that word. I told him he is NOT allowed to say that and doing so again would result in punishment. 2. The fact he did not use the hard R does play a SMALL role in the multitude of reasons I decided not to punish him for it. Never did I say it wasn't a big deal or that it's all good. He was told not to say it again.

When "suckmytoes" said what he said, he immediately backtracked and re-worded what he originally said, and apologized on top of that for it being accidental.

    I do not approve nor do I condone the use of the n word at all, However, it's easy to acknowledge that many people use the word beyond this server. When he said it, he used in the context you would just refer to another person, not in a derogatory/racist manner. Had "suckmytoes" said it with the intent of being racist as well, it would've been a much different case. You also cut out the part where I was ALSO surprised and said roughly along the lines of "I'm not sure why you said that but I'm gonna need you not to say that again". I didn't necessarily "let it slide".

    "Suckmytoes" also received a warn after your jail was handled, and I also sternly told him after giving him the warn that he can by no means use that word again in this server, Regardless of the way he says it or what the context is. 

    Tim, If you are seriously offended by what "suckmytoes" said to you, then I do apologize that you feel like this wasn't handled correctly. It's my intention to treat people fairly and under my discretion I felt it was fair to let it go after he agreed to not use it again, and apologized.

    Didn't mean for it to come out... but says it twice in a row? If he backtracked then why did he say it again right after he stopped the first time? You can hear it under my screaming. You did make it seem like saying the N-word without the er was not a big deal as provided in the clip above. The only clips I have are those because of my medal software. It was that interaction and they are not trimmed to the point where you cannot see what you said and he said, so that point is invalid.

     

    I told you I found it offensive in the sit. and you did let it slide overall. You even said "I'll let it slide" How did you not let it slide when you know the staff handbook. You should at least been studying it since you are a T-Mod.

    Chapter 1: Backstory

            I was in a sit with someone named "suckmytoes" I had RDMED him because he was minging and would not move out of the way from me building. I had a clip of it, cool. Here's that clip if you want to see it. He had done this several times. I asked everyone to please move out of the way because we just wanted to RP with the KFC dupe.     Chapter 2: The sit

          I get called to a sit. Explain the situation and don't get the favor. That's fine, it's a RDM warn at the end of the day. But then after I said a your momma joke (just playin around and being goofy)... I was RDMED during the sit by "Toes." Is that the worst part? According to the Staff handbook on Racism/Hate Speech "1st Offence -> Jail for 15 minutes, Warn and then assess if it needs to be reported to a higher up or not." I know this because I have played on the server for awhile so I brought up the fact that "Toes" should be warned for the RDM that I received during the sit and the hate speech. However, I guess it's okay according to Akuma. Let's "Let it slide." Why the quotes for that?     Chapter 3: Is it okay?

        Is Aether a racist sever? I don't think at all. In fact I think that I have seen more racists banned and gagged for hate speech than anywhere else. When is it okay to use hate speech? Never. I think the other staff have done a excellent job about warning those accordingly. I think Akuma missed this opportunity because he either thought it was okay or it was not that big of a deal because in his words "it was not with a er." All I'm saying is this guy sounded a little too causal saying that. What if now he thinks it okay to say things like this on the server? I do not want Aether turning into a dungeon for these types of people who think saying the N-word is okay. This is a thriving community full of great people who love playing this game, we should not think this is okay. He may of been warned for the RDM, if so then I did not see it. I did not see the Jail for 15 minutes or the gag.

    You are a minge. You have no clip of me saying the n word. You were doing nothing but Mass rdming me and others. If you have decent hours on the server than you should know that you do not mass rdm someone even if they said the n word (which I didn't) you report them and let the admins handle it.

    If I remember it right, you never even adverted… you were only raiding with the intent to kill me and the other players inside. This appeal is very low… just take the ban on the chin and no more mass rdming.

    P.S - For future reference you have to do /Advert Raid in chat. Maybe bind it to a key that way you won’t forget for next time!

    Mine is definitely the time Ponni and I started running a KFC. Slowly throughout the night of this, people started changing their names to different variations of Tim Hopgood like Tim Goodhop, Tim HopScotch, Tim Hopsgood, etc. We ended up basing and taking over a whole island. Was very fun

    This was a RP protest. We wanted big business to end, so we decided to protest. Now, some people did take it a little far with the huge text screens, however those people were warned. The big issue was that you intentionally changed from a banker to a thief just to mass rdm us. This was not a one time thing… it happened twice. To be fair no one reported you the first time and us protestors let it slide. In the clip you posted you cut out you switching and rpging us…. Weird. Then you also tell Thicc it was a misclick… weird. Overall, fun protest.

     

    Edit: You also reported people who had nothing to do with it. Soula was literally just watching. Somebody was A BANK GUARD LOL. Posu and Ponni never placed any signs and were just there.
