    You were wanted for shooting your weapon in public, and then proceeded to kill the victim without taking any damage prior. The player couldn't have arrested you if they wanted to as there were props between you (my bank base) and seeing as you killed him through the props without taking any damage first I consider that RDM.

    My log won't show the props placed but if you have seen Posu's or my version of the bank base you would know that the victim cannot go any further in from where he is standing. 

    As shown below the victim is at the start of the base where he cannot proceed any further because of props and fading doors which he cannot access. 

    Sorry you don't agree with my decision, but I deem this kill uncalled for.

    Remove Pandemic Event

    Suggestion: I propose the Pandemic Event be removed. It just makes you cough and I find it rather annoying.

    How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I think by removing this event would be beneficial for all, not having to hear the cough frequently whilst the event is active.

    Hello,

    You said it yourself; you used the grenade launcher within a group of people killing them all instantly. This is an unfortunate event and what's done is done. Hopefully this can be a lesson, there's a time to mess around with your friends but to use the grenade launcher in a group of people killing them all is not one of them in my opinion. I can only recommend being more careful in the future.

    The Bug You're Experiencing: Adv Dupe is not ghosting / allowing saving and if it does save cannot paste

    Can you reproduce the bug, if so, how?: Yes, place props, try to save to adv dupe

    Examples of the bug (images, videos): Not sure how to prove it, but I know @Emiy has had similar issues perhaps they can constructively add to this post.

    This has been an issue for me at least the past two days. Super frustrating when you get done building a nice base and find out after it cannot be saved properly after.

    Clarification

    Hello,

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I have attached the 3 separate images from this event clearly showing you killing the three players that were not in interfering distance of your PD raid. Regardless of if you say it was crossfire, you are ALWAYS responsible for your actions that means what you are aiming and who you are aiming your weapon a etc. And as per your previous warnings the ban is a 1 day term.

    • How can you contribute to Aether?: I would like to help resolve issues that other players may be having. I have a good understanding of rules and believe I can make a positive impact whilst helping others.
    • Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: I understand the rules, and feel comfortable enforcing them.
    • Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: I am willing to listen to staff and offer help in any way.

    DarkRP Rule Questions

    • Raids can last how long?: Raids can last up to 10 minutes.
    • If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: The raider may come back after 30 minutes.
    • What initiates a raid?: Adverting raid is the only way to initiate a raid.
    • If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Yes, but only if it is in their job description. 
    • Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert RAID
    • If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No, you must advert raid before killing the owner (or any member) of the base
    • If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No, you must wait the 30 minutes before raiding again.
    • If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, if you do this you are subject to punishment for RDM as well.
    • A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: I would ask the offending player why they punched someone, and explain why they cannot just do that and if they continue to do so they may be punished for RDM.
    • List all default Laws of The Land:
    • Raiding and stealing is illegal.
    • Entities detected by the contraband scanner are illegal.
    • Harming players is illegal unless you are defending bases. 
    • Shooting dangerous weapons in public is illegal.
    • Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted.
    • Laws can be enforced with KOS if a players life is in danger.
    • Non-default Laws must be things that players choose to do.
    • Laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are disallowed.
    • The Mayor can choose to make dangerous weapons legal or illegal. 
    • How many bases can you own per party?: Only one base may be owned by a party.
    • A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would freeze them, mute, and gag them and explain to them their actions are inappropriate and can be unmuted and ungagged if they are willing to cooperate and go from there.
    • Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, if the offending player is intentionally ruining other player's experience the offender is subject to punishment including but not limited to low end harassment / harassments and no intent to roleplay.
    • Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: For example, if a staff were to kill other players using a command I would create a clip and document as much as I can. Next I would take all evidence to higher ups and or the forums depending on procedure for proper justice.
    • A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I would freeze the player in question, bring them to me and the players they have been RDMing and explain their actions are inappropriate and ban the offender accordingly.
    • A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would first ask the Mayor to state a reason for the lockdown, if none is provided they will get a second chance to state a reason knowing if they fail to provide they will be demoted promptly.
