I think I should win because I love Aether. The community is great and I enjoy hanging out with everyone. I also genuinely enjoy helping players with any question or concern they have. 

I enjoy Easter because it allows me extra time to go and see my family and spend time with loved ones.

Papa Waffle, I only have good things to say about you. You are great to interact with in game, very chill, and mature. Your play time is good, and rule knowledge is decent. this can only be like 6 months old at most? if dr.snortthisperc was only a moderator when he issued the ban, that puts this around September or October of 2022 if I am not mistaken.

It is NEVER okay to even joke about DDOS. On top of that being severely toxic is not okay either. You've had your chance, you made your decision now it is time to face the consequences of your actions.

Good day Hank,

You were being Toxic towards a specific player one more than one occasion last evening. In your defense you stated you were RDM'd and being harassed as well. We found out the death in question was valid, and then I asked if you had any type of clip or evidence of the other player harassing you, and you did not. I advised you to install Medal so you can get evidence (this was the first time I warned you for Toxicity.) You left, came back later in the evening and continued being toxic towards that same player, stating he was being toxic as well. When I asked if you have any clip or evidence, yet again you didn't have anything to show. All of this said, you did not make a single ticket until the moment I was banning you (Earlier in the evening I had advised you several times to make a ticket and explained how to make one should you feel the need). I decided to ban you for 3 days based off the evidence I have from multiple occasions throughout the evening of you being toxic. I *strongly* advise you to consider downloading Medal so you can clip events and have some evidence going forward. And would also strongly advise you to use the ticket system instead of taking the matter into your own hands (ie: Being toxic in retaliation if someone is being toxic towards you).

I agree with everything Thicc has said. You have been quite active, with good interactions all around. You do seem mature and levelheaded, which are good traits to have if you wish to become staff.  As of this post I have nothing negative to say and wish you luck going forward!

You seem to have a good grasp on the rules. I haven't interacted a whole lot with you perosnally, but each interaction we have had has been great. You are super friendly and easy to get along with (from what I have seen). How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I am not certain if it can even be added. But I believe this would be a quality of life improvement if we could search what we are trying to list on !unbox market. I spent like 10 minutes this morning looking for a specific item I wanted to sell. Like I said I do not know if this is something that even can be added and if not I completely understand. Just thought I'd make the suggestion anyway.

The issue at hand is rather grave in my opinion. From what I recall you put in OOC, someone's full name and physical address. For what reason? I cannot begin to fathom. Even if the information was false, it is NEVER okay to even joke about something like this in my opinion. For the health and safety of the community,  your ban should remain.

You were a good member of staff, and I would be happy to see you back helping us out again!!

You were wanted for shooting your weapon in public, and then proceeded to kill the victim without taking any damage prior. The player couldn't have arrested you if they wanted to as there were props between you (my bank base) and seeing as you killed him through the props without taking any damage first I consider that RDM.

My log won't show the props placed but if you have seen Posu's or my version of the bank base you would know that the victim cannot go any further in from where he is standing. 

As shown below the victim is at the start of the base where he cannot proceed any further because of props and fading doors which he cannot access. 

Sorry you don't agree with my decision, but I deem this kill uncalled for. 

• Have no bad interactions with you personally.
• You seem mature enough to be staff from what I can tell.
• Good grasp on the rules.

Suggestion: I propose the Pandemic Event be removed. It just makes you cough and I find it rather annoying.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I think by removing this event would be beneficial for all, not having to hear the cough frequently whilst the event is active.
