I think the application was short and concise but could have better represented who you are as an individual and how you would specifically would contribute to our team. Without knowing you well, it's difficult to make a decision either way. I would suggest reflecting on the final answer, and making sure you always try to positively defuse things before resorting to punishment - remember every experience should go as well as possible. That being said, when you make and acknowledge former mistakes, you unfortunately have the burden of proving that you will no longer make them. I think it is great that you have said that you have learned from them, but more important is showing people that you have, just by having plenty of positive interactions. To be fair, I haven't met you and can only go off of this forum post and its replies, but I see a trend that many don't have a good feel for who you are as a player and potential staff member. Vote: +1 Reasoning: + Calm, easygoing, and positive attitude + Has shown me an understanding of the rules and culture of RP + Interactive when he has played, almost constantly engaging with players - As others have noted, forum posts and in-game time are low - Application could have used more depth and detail Conclusion: I've voted +1 because despite Night's lack of time spent on the server and forums, I have had enough personal experience with him that I can tell he has the traits of a good addition to the staff team. Playing against him or with him, is much the same. He always carries a good, non-toxic, attitude. I've seen him as the "plaintiff" in sits and he is still easygoing and upbeat towards the other person. I think his attitude will translate well to administration, despite a lack of experience. I would bet that even if not accepted this go around, you certainly will become a member if you stay active. Best of luck, ItzHoover

Vote: +1 Reasoning: + Passionate and driven + Friendly and calm-headed + Active and knowledgeable - Could be more interactive when online Conclusion: Bballer and I had some confrontation when I first met him, but since then he has been friendly and forgiving for my part (which was the majority) in our conflict. He's been nothing but helpful and nice, and there's little reason I could see that would prevent him from doing a great job as a member of the staff team. Clearly dedicated to the server and its well-being, given the time he has invested. My only advice would be to show restraint when faced with difficult characters, like I had been. However, he has displayed the maturity to do so and like me, I think he will be able to leave many with a positive lasting image. Best of luck! ItzHoover
