DOOM, You were in a public area and you were getting in the way of another player. If I was JIMJOB and I was trying to collect an event prop that spawned on my player, and a random started punching it. I would probably warn them ignore them asking "For what?" and kill them after 10sec as well.

Simply due to the fact that DOOM would of died If JIMJOB continued to Try to shoot the pumpkin makes sense to warn him too, so JIMJOB can continue trying to get that sweet candy without RDM'ing. Makes sense to me.. Give the player who is actually doing something (collecting candy) the benefit of the doubt. Rather than the player not really doing much but just minging, and looking to get a rise out of another player to then clip it.

Continues to punch around the pumpkin and ask "For what" when confronted with a /advert warn 10sec. Notice how JIMJOB is simply waiting to shoot the pumpkins because he cant while DOOM is in the way. While JIMJOB's task is to shoot the pumpkin and he is waiting to do so. It appears DOOM's task is just to record JIMJOB's reaction to DOOM disregarding the warn while minging the pumpkin. To then post it here.

It just looks that way though, maybe you really thought turning back and punching the pumpkin, after getting warned, and of course already having punched the pumpkin 10+ times, would actually of worked? But personally I think you did this to get a rise out of JIMJOB and show that your not stopping or leaving even after being warned by him.

Bro they ALL lied. Why wouldn't they want to just tell me that you are their friend and you guys are messing around. They made you do all that cuz they were mean and false demoted you and also gaslighted/manipulated you to make you think blocking the base entrance like that was legitimate. you can blame them for the ban if not yourself for RDM and NLR.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I should be unbanned because I didn't leave to avoid punishment I left because I had to do something in real life and I didn't know i was going to get punished for what i did because i am new to the DarkRP community and i was not familiar with LTAP. I am sorry for what i did and i will make sure that if i do anything else in the future that i will not leave if i am to get a punishment.

Crimes I don't remember the names of the players that were fucking with you besides the fact that "wrappped" demoted you. Some player convinced you to prop block the base entrance and that resulted in a complaint to where I had to delete the props.

You killed lots of people, and they ALL told me they don't know you and they are not friends with you, but rather they were trying to be nice to you by letting you base.

You ended up raidsticking your friends and others entities and broke NLR coming back to fight with them.

Now that you are banned people are saying you are their friend and saying free crimes. why did they said otherwise when they demoted you and got killed by you? This made the kills hard to determine as RDM or just messing with friends.

I think the stasisfield_beam is not allowed on fences that is for sure cancer/painful to look at materials.

One sunny day, an announcement echoed through Bladderburg that a Grand Hydration Festival was to be held at the Fountain of Wellness. Both Peter and Paul saw this as their moment to shine and prove who was the true hero of bodily functions.

The residents of Bladderburg gathered at the Fountain of Wellness, eagerly awaiting the spectacle. Peter, in his clear, glistening form, started a dance of hydration, creating rainbows in the air as he splashed around. The crowd clapped and cheered, enchanted by his watery performance.

Not to be outdone, Paul emerged from the Enchanted Colon Forest with a hilarious parade of friendly bacteria and undigested confetti. He wiggled and jiggled, turning the forest into a carnival of laughter. The crowd erupted in giggles and applause.

As the festivities continued, it became clear that both Peter and Paul had their unique qualities that made them special. The Grand Hydration Festival turned into a celebration of the harmonious balance between liquid and solid bodily functions.

In the end, the residents of Bladderburg realized that it wasn't a competition between pee and poop; rather, it was a collaboration that kept the magical land in perfect balance. And so, with laughter and joy, Bladderburg continued to be a place where every bodily function had its moment to shine.

When Aether crashed today I heard strange sounds. I wrote a stupid fucking story using chat GPT these noises are believed to be the voices of @Daedera and the weeping ghost.. eerrhmm enjoy 

Title: "The Haunting of [AETHERNETWORKS.GG]"

Setting: rp_downtown_tits_v2

Fog-covered cemetery with crumbling tombstones, twisted trees, and an eerie mist that blankets the grounds.

Jouaram (Server Owner): A brave and curious investigator with a deep interest in the supernatural.
Soon (Friend of Jouaram): A skeptic and technology enthusiast, bringing gadgets, Limited items and ghost hunting devices to document the paranormal activity.

Introduction:

Jouaram, as the server owner, hears whispers among the players about the haunted cemetery and decides to investigate with Soon.
They arrive at the cemetery during a stormy night, guided only by the dim light of flickering lanterns.
 

Strange noises echo through the cemetery as Jouaram and Soon set up their investigation equipment.
Unsettling shadows dance between tombstones, and the mist seems to take on ghostly shapes.
Jouaram and Soon encounter the ghosts of a tragic couple who met a grim fate years ago.
The ghosts communicate through cryptic messages, leading the duo deeper into the cemetery.

Soon employs his technology to capture ghostly EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena) and anomalous readings.
The malevolent presence is revealed to be the spirit of a betrayed lover seeking revenge.
A ritual must be performed to appease the spirit, involving trading for limited items and buying AB for 15M each 1k

Brdlevel's Raid:

As Jouaram and Soon delve deeper into the cemetery, they encounter Brdlevel, a mischievous and opportunistic raider who aims to steal their limited items and ghost hunting equipment.
Brdlevel, armed with his own quirky weapons, confronts Jouaram and Soon in a comedic clash.
The fight ensues with the use of aether scythes and the hilarious fart gun, creating a chaotic and amusing scene. 
Brdlevel is caught off guard when switching to his ice staff and takes massive damage from the fart rockets.

Daedera's Minge:

Just as Brdlevel is defeated and leaves the cemetery in a storm of farts and tears, Daedera, a notorious minge, arrives on the scene.
Daedera uses his gravity gun to mess with Soon's ghostly gadgets, creating a series of unpredictable funny moments.
Despite Jouaram and Soon's attempts to stop Daedera, the chaos intensifies.

Suddenly, a large, sad, weeping ghost materializes. This ghost is the spirit of a betrayed lover seeking revenge, and it is disturbed by the minge antics.
The weeping ghost wields the "Horsing Around" SWEP, a powerful and unpredictable weapon that turns Daedera into a ghost as well, punishing him for his minge mischief.

The chaos attracts the attention of other role players on the server who join forces with Jouaram and Soon against the weeping ghost.
Some of the players who join fight are Anita Dick , SomeSquid, Bigboy, BeesCantFly, Danny, Luxeray, Just Monika, Z3n, Zoran, Clitty Litter, Lonestar, JIMJOB, Enzo, Trip Moralless, OXX, Posu, Mr Pecker, Dr.snortthisperc, Madi Raven, MrBlonde, Akuma, and even Froggy from an alt account!
A collaborative effort from the Aether nerds ensues, combining ghostly gadgets, unique limited and contraband items to combat the vengeful spirit.

The Aether Crash Screen:

As the weeping ghost's revengeful spirit is pacified, a sudden surge of supernatural energy envelops Daedera, who was responsible for the chaos.
Daedera's Fate:

Daedera, in a bewildered state, is drawn into a swirling vortex of energy. Jouaram, Soon, and the other players watch in amazement as he vanishes, leaving behind a trail of laughter  and confusion.
The Weeping Ghost's Fate:

Simultaneously, the weeping ghost, having completed its mission, is drawn into the same vortex of energy that took Daedra.
As the weeping ghost fades away, it sheds tears of relief, signaling that its soul has found peace.

The Aether Crash Screen Menu:

The vortex leads both Daedera and the weeping ghost to an unexpected destination - the Aether Crash Screen Menu, a surreal realm of endless possibilities and quirky interactions.
They find themselves trapped within the menu, floating amidst a chaotic mix of server-specific crash screens, quirky symbols, unpredictable visual cognitohazards, thankfully with missing textures though.
 

In this peculiar realm, Daedera and the weeping ghost discover that they are bound together, and their interactions continue to be humorous and unexpected.
As Daedera tries to minge or prank the weeping ghost, the ghost retaliates with playful ghostly tricks, creating an eternal cycle of mischief.
 

Back in the cemetery, Jouaram, Soon, and the other players conclude their paranormal investigation with a mixture of amusement and relief.
They exchange stories of the night's bizarre events and the unpredictable fate of Daedera and the weeping ghost.
Daedera and the weeping ghost are forever trapped in the aether crash screen realm of absurdity and endless minge interactions, for us to laugh at when the server crashes .
 

- Aether players gather once again to share laughs and stories about the unexpected twists and turns of the night, creating a memorable and entertaining Halloween experience.

General Questions

 

    How can you contribute to Aether?: I can help and support new players of Aether Network while setting a good example for all players of AN. I would enforce the rules, leaving no gray areas if possible.

    Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: I am comfortable enforcing the rules as I know them. On the rare occasion if I were to have any questions about any rules I would have no issue asking a higher up.

    Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes, of course. Anybody with higher ranking can tell me how they want the rules to be enforced.

    Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits each week?: I am comfortable with those requirements.

 

DarkRP Rule Questions

 

    Raids can last how long?: No longer than 10 Minutes long.

    If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: No less than 30 minutes long. 

    What initiates a raid?: A raid advert must be created before using any raid tool to correctly initiate a raid, a raid has to start with "/advert Raid" or "/advert raid Assist" (Adverts used for gameplay (PD Raids, Bank Raids, Raids) must be the first words posted in the advert.) 

    If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Only if the job allows it, and if you can get in without using raiding tools. (Job examples - bitcoin farmer/meth head/master runner)

    Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert Raid 

    If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No. But if they are within microphone distance and you correctly advert in front of the base entrance to start a raid, then You can kill members of the base. BUT only after you raid advert while they are within microphone distance of the base’s entrance. Also leaving microphone distance of the base forfeits the raid. 

    If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: Yes the arrest ends the Raid, and as long as you wait your NLR timer/Arrest you can return to where you were raiding. But in order to raid the same base again you would need to wait out the entire 30 minute raid timer.

    If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, that would be interpreted as "Revenge RDM". You and the other guy still would be warned for RDM. You can only defend yourself in the same life situation. The RP situation is over when you die. 

    A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: The player would still be warned/jailed/banned for RDM (depends on warn history). RDM (Random Deathmatch) occurs if you damage or kill another player without a valid reason from your current in-game life. 

    List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding and stealing is illegal. Raidables detected by the contraband scanner are always illegal. Harming players is illegal unless you are inside your base defending it. Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted.

    How many bases can you own per party?: All jobs can build 1 raidable base and 1 RP-Only base per party.

    A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would freeze and or mute/gag the player if needed, then I would explain the rules that were broken either by them or someone else. 

    Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes if it's intentional they can be warned and this could be considered low end harassment as well.

    Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of staff abusing their powers would be giving little to no punishment to a friend who is breaking the rules. If I saw this I would report it to a higher up knowing the power abusing staff member should know better. 

    A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I would teleport the player and freeze them in place at adminland. I would punish them accordingly based on what they had done. If the player was proven to be mass rdming they would receive a 3 day ban for the first offense.

    A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: If the mayor is refusing to turn off the lockdown I would go to them and ask them if they have a reason to have a lockdown for so long and if they could turn it off. still if they are uncooperative I would remove the lockdown and demote/warn the mayor for job abuse.

Gooch is a strange body part, Bonr can be a traumatic word because of the sexual implication to it, But lets hold a standard. I think muting and gaging was fair to set an example for others. But this standard is not held so the warns were a surprise! They didn't expect to be reprimanded for something that's not previously being corrected. I think the warns should be lifted but people should not say these things in ooc anything sexual is taboo for the reason of kids being on the server/game just keep it goofy not creepy and nasty
