I have noticed you have been pretty nice in game and I myself haven’t noticed any toxic behaviors from you.

I would like to see how the rest of the community feels about your ban appeal so for now it’s a +/- from me.

If you feel targeted by a member of the staff team or another player then I would advise that you gather evidence that proves said allegations.

As far as this report goes, there wasn’t a rule broken.

I would also like to add that staff are punished accordingly when they are deserving of a punishment. I don’t think it’s fair to call someone toxic when I myself have seen toxic behaviors come from you on multiple occasions because something didn’t go your way. Mind you I am not biased towards you whatsoever but I will not say that I agree with your behavior sometimes.

You are extremely toxic in game when something does not go your way.

You are not allowed to bribe players it is against the rules. A higher up would have given you the same punishment.

I would also like to add i have an unbiased opinion towards all sits, I look at logs and handle the sit accordingly. I am not one to "pick favorites" as you accuse me of in every sit that is against you.

Hello John, as my logs showed Monke did not damage you and i handled the person that did accidentally damage you. You intentionally RDMD monke in front of another staff and swore up and down it wasn't RDM. That is why you were warned for RDM and jailed due to a Previous Warning. I also informed you to call a staff sit if you are having trouble with another player rather than take matters into your own hands as this is almost always the outcome.
