How will this improve the quality of Aether?:  I feel that the comments (+ or - ) won't really show what side the community is leaning towards in the decision of picking a staff member. Say for example, a player decides to apply for staff but all comments he receive is "neutral +/-". Having an application with just neutral makes it hard to decide what the community is leaning towards. I feel that adding a poll system is really direct and straight forward in picking a staff member. It shows a legitimate number of how many people are for or against the application being made. Of course, the poll system should have every voter Anonymous to protect the privacy of those that are voting. 

Additional Comment:  The provided screenshot is from another gaming community known as Superior Servers. The added vote system is usually placed on the top of the page. So when a community member is done reading through the staff app they would go to the top of the application deciding if the "said player" should become a staff member.

 

Polls should be required (As a community for staff should be required and SA+ Should take light heart on the community consideration)

Polls in general should be added back.

Describe your suggestion: The recent Mass rdming at night when there is low staff due to any sort of reason (ET. The night this suggestion this was made) This also prevents the bs "Kos if bigger". It was funny at first but the mrdm is just being boring.

and i noclipped inside yes but i was checking why that entrance was blocked off but i noticed you had a base up there 

So why was I still raided at the stairwell with them destorying it if you guys KNEW That it was at the top
