Deserves a chance to learn, can use tmod to learn and be better.
If you become tmod I feel people teaching you will make you overall a amazing staff and a way better community member.

you had no real reason when we asked you why you were super inactive last time. I had tried to ask awhile back your only response was “I’m on today” the one day you were on at the time when you were missing for 2 weeks prior. 
when we finally got to the point of demotion (this took about 2 weeks of you being super inactive and nothing said from your end) you came back on the server the day you got demoted, and literally said “well I’m not staff anymore,I have no reason to be here” and haven’t been seen since…

I personally feel with the huge 4 month gap of playtime this is way to soon for you to be re applying. 
 

you were a good staff, and had high expectations. But literally dropped off the face of the earth, with no warning of any sort… because of you had just talked to us you prolly wouldn’t have been demoted at all, but somewhere along the line there was a lack of communication. 

You only got your activity up this week, and that’s good but like said after 4 months I would want to see more then just a week to be sure your here to stay and not just going to disappear again. 
goodluck, and I hope to see you around a lot more, but to me it’s to soon for this.

sauger also had to pull you aside and tell you to stop at one point for hitting random people out of no where. 
you also punched me a bunch and killed me for no reason however I didn’t go out of my way to punish you because I thought you were just targeting me at the time as hitman…

I think this is a good appeal. I agree with this and I feel this should be public knowledge, and I feel you should be given a chance but I’m just one person. 

 I’ve never personally had issues with you, and I like all your ideas of showing us whenever your on, I believe someone can stop cheating.

 I believe you never were malicious with it, however you always did have pre-knowledge of anyone in your base (like me cloaked) or around it if being raided. 
I thought you were super friendly during your time, I was one of the people who thought you would make a great fit for the team and had high hopes for you, I would like to see you around again, you were a cool cat.

I would like to see someone turn around from cheating and be welcome into the server again. You were super honest before, and I see no reason to think you would lie to us here.

I'm not sure what his gif has to do with anything, but you constantly attacking revolt isnt going to help your case.

we classify ARDM/RDM as the same thing so that part isn't really helping you.

I feel even if the server is chaos, you should be taking the initiative to not be doing the wrong thing.

Even if the server is in chaos, you still have to think in the back in your mind there might be repercussion for doing the wrong thing on a server that isn't meant for that...

Multiple people were on, why wouldn't people still try to play and rp like your supposed to, through whatever the server was going through that's why they are on the server to begin with i would hope is to RP, this isn't a deathmatch server so I'm not sure where the logic lies.

I think the ban is just, would you follow everyone off a bridge if they were all jumping?

And we appreciate that as well, but I don't think a role needs to be developed for it. if you feel you want to watch before tmod that is completely up to you, however this is what tmod is exactly for.. even if you don't feel comfortable taking sits right away, you don't have to, you can watch a higher up and get a feel for it

I mean, T-mod phase is all about learning... its supposed to get you accustomed to mod and it you dont like it you can leave before your tmod phase is up..
T-mod phase is usually 2w-1month and is all determined on the players ability to learn and grasp the feel for mod.
this is just being a tmod with extra steps...

He is allowed to do that if he in a sit or not. 
he is a citizen with no intention to roleplay but to staff..

he wasn’t raiding or anything, and if you are a hitman trying to kill him, had you asked him to ungod himself he most likely would but I see you didn’t ask him at all. 
staff are allowed to godmode and as I see he is in fountain he wasn’t participating in rp whatsoever. However as stated you could have asked him to ungod granted you had a hit.

I'm not sure why a staff member would turn down hard evidence. and we cant see what the staff member said as you only typed..

Who exactly jailed you, because you say 2 different mods but it seems only one of them punished you?
