he wasnt spam @'ing you, you just dont understand discord cause he was just replying to anything you were saying, by right clicking and pressing reply... He also stopped when someone else asked him to from what I saw.
You need more evidence of said player harassing you, because not to be rude egg but you instigate situations a lot, and come off as pretty toxic, so in turn this player may have been just annoying you because you annoy him.
Stop throwing grenades in public, even if someone is asking you to like that's just a recipe for disaster. Even if you are being baited to do it, like its completely on you if you do it or not. I still find this RDM and wouldn't have removed the ban if it was me strictly because I feel you should know better. You keep applying to be mod, but lack the basic common sense to not throw explosives in public then get mad and toxic when you get banned over you doing that. You are at fault. You're lucky we have some more lenient staff cause you would be waiting out those hours if it was me considering this isnt the first toxic thing i've seen you do personally, I cant seem to put it past my mind that you instigated this situation prior to it happening.... You scream on your mic, you spam RDM and scream it even if it doesn't happen to you... screaming it into our mic, you talk over people and I've seen you talk over staff as well when its not your way.

you could Sum up the law board rules of 1-3 in the above comment.

and maybe edit the 4th law to say all laws of land are instant aos/kos, Made laws are 10s warning



this would shorten the law board making more room for made laws, as well as give more information to find laws of the land, and how laws are not instant kos/aos compared to the laws of the land...

I think this is fair. Or saying something "read Laws of the Land in !rules for instant AOS/KOS laws"

This would make it so both cops and other people alike both know to look there for info and rules.

I see now in the logs that the wrong ID was given while somewhere down the line when someone was MRDM.

You have had some negative behavior towards current staff..
You have warns against you, and upon looking at your base further it seems you were trying to get around some rules even with that base in general, as there are no doors, so technically its completely illegal and you cant even have it unless hobo/dwarf ... ( you had disconnected before I was able to come tell you that cause I was looking around the area for any sign of a door)

I'm not sure if you should be staff with what I was hearing you say about a what would be your fellow staff member while spectating either.. We're all friends here and respectful.

I was on a fair amount of time that he was on as well at the same times cause as stated we talked a lot pretty much everyday even while I was at work as buddies and played other games too, just maybe not at night when I was sleeping or while I was at work? my bad dawg

its constructive criticism, he's not being toxic like the Original screenshots.  

The person with the RPbase is reformed and understood what had happened, and where the wrongs were and knows not to use anything other then wireframe and will only be doing that unless its a different prop, we talked it out and he was a cool guy who understood his mistakes.

the material I told you, and the "admin" which was a mod told you was allowed was Wireframe. I watched them tell you.

and you have done stuff, you just said you got off a week ban not even a week ago.. this is all very recent warns as you only have 5d total on the server...
Your warns are fresh, your next ban should of been 2-4 weeks with your prior warn history.

Again me giving you a week based on your warns and your low total playtime is already being pretty nice.

If you have any proof of the situation that would greatly help.
You have a lot of warns stacked against you, as you do have time on the server I don't see how you dont know how to advert crossfire, especially with the warn history you have.
I did teach you how to properly bind crossfire, however I have no other context of the situation as there is no other proof...
I banned you based off your previous RDM warns, as this was an RDM case, and I feel you should know at this point right and wrong when it comes to killing someone...
This was a fairly lenient RDM ban considering you PW.

How long til you are burnt out again and you don't want to do this suddenly again?

A day prior to you leaving you were high talks of wanting to keep moving up and also becoming a mentor, literally not even 12 hours of you leaving you were telling me that the night before.

You've also told me some pretty interesting things about a week ago about why you would be staff now anyway and it didn't seem very legit to me at all. (summing it up here...  you said something about a "friend" and a "server" and it not being "Aether")

Your app is decent and you have no major warns of any kind, and you have increased your playtime since starting this. I agree in giving you a shot and everything bryan said is accurate.
