The vault was buffed due to the keypad amount, making it more worth it to raid and get past the keypads..
I feel if utilized right the keypads aren't the problem, and maybe the persons specific base is the issue.
Staff should not be doing this and using friends, however given proof I can actually bring this up to the person..

I think this has been a suggestion before and it has been denied.
I feel this is situational, and the keypad limit is fine where it is.

but my negative comes from I’ve seen you don’t really have a grasp on some of the rules in motd... as Bryan mentioned one, I’ve also seen too..

I also don’t really have a lot of time played with you outside of our talks in discord and you seem like a pretty cool dude.

You deserve a chance if you stay off your mingy side and don’t do stuff that might be ban worthy...

I talked to him in discord explaining why he received this as well, and he seemed to understand when explained in discord after he made this. 
I think he understands the warm system and how we punish based on previous warns now.

he also just got off a week ban less then a month ago, as well as his last punishment which was a 20m jail should have been a 2 week ban.

given the information I just gave, he should be given a 2w ban even now after that 20m jail following the 1w ban. 

I told sauger to be lenient with him as I was reviewing sauger at the time, and told him to be light and do a 3D ban rather then a 2w as bordy does contribute the server, although he has a very mingy history and I feel this warn/ban should stick considering he knows the rules fully well and knows you don’t even need to advert the warning you just need to type it. 
 

-1 still stands as this is a repeating thing with bordy almost every week, even after he came back from the ban I gave him less then a month..

Your next ban should of been a 2w ban, You have multiple PW.
I told him to go light on you bordy as you do put time in the server and I do not think you mean ill intent on it.
That being said, him being light is 3 days, considering you should be given 2w, as your last ban was a 1w for RDM as well.

Oh I completely agree with that, and told this person this in ooc chat the day it was happening as well, I was just responding to their loophole comment with a law of the land.
They were told this in chat and told to stop arguing about it. They were also told it was mingy as well.

Why would he add guns to the rp if the owner thought they would RDM with them?
Why would he add knives if he thought they would RDM with them?

1. Kidnapping, theft and harming another player are illegal.
2. Shooting in public is illegal.
   
   These are 2 basic Laws of the land on the MOTD. If you are breaking these with your toy gun it is law regardless.
   He asked you to stop shooting people with it, there is no loophole.
   As stated before doing damage to someone with the toy gun is still harming the person and can be considered RDM/Mingy, that also being said if the person is ok with you doing this then go for it, shoot as much as you want.
   I did ask you to drop it, and by you stating something after coming unmuted seems to be instigating something, you didn't have to say anything that just seems to be antagonizing something.

I say you deserve a chance but you need to really not be afk on the server as staff.
I still am seeing you afk on the server (literally seen last night for hours 4/15) and it makes me think the behavior still rests.

We don’t want to portray staff as afk on the server more then people ready think, so this would be the only think I would want to see improved vastly going into this again.

As well as I would also like if you kept your name just one across all media so that I know who I am looking for when trying to contact you, cause I didn’t even know you were still on my friends list on steam til literally 3 days ago...

I also want to add that when I was moving up you told me I was taking this to seriously. I take this still just as serious, and have led the team to be just as serious as I was when I started. 
I also don’t think you will be serious with this, and I think you will go back on past behavio in my opinion.

You weren't super helpful before you left, and it kinda seems like you left because you weren't moving up, because that was the last time you were actually on the server much.

All you really did was AFK on the server and barley contributed before you left as well, such as not taking many ticket, playing a completely different game while you were on the server, etc.

Maybe if I see change in that behavior I will change this opinion.

If this is true, I looked at this persons previous warns just now, and he has 17 PW..
His next MRDM should be 2w ban..
Unclear hasn't filed an ext, nor was this 4h ban even logged in warns... so I'm not exactly sure..
I also see the person on currently, and he isn't minging at the moment but can verify the warns, and honestly shouldn't be allowed back IMO with all the previous warns he has.

However, you seem pretty mature outside of that and a trial phase is where everything will come to light.

 

Rather than saying "If", "You might", "Maybe", etc, trial moderators are looked at closely and the whole point of a trial phase is seeing what you do with an opportunity. All of these "potential" problems will shine like a night light if they arise during your trial phase. I think the best thing is to put people into a trial phase, and see if the suspected problems illuminate during that period. If they do, it is easy to deal with.

you are friendly and you seem to have good intentions, anything that is a problem now I can see you shaping up during the tmod phase, and I feel you can benefit and learn a thing or two from being in tmod phase.

He does this every single day though, and like while people are working or sleeping, when staff actually are busy with their real lives and not during peak times sometimes.
And I haven't said anything about it til now because I was waiting to see if it would continue, and it does.

I feel however you will not take criticism well, also from going off this application and the way you are responding makes me think this as well, even having doubts about staff members we should always try to help each other if you do become a tmod, there should be no negative vibes between anyone.

I think you have good intentions, but I think you wont handle pressure of being staff very well.

I warned you and your friends multiple times for propminge and not following the server rules. 

I muted and gagged you after you kept degrading me and berating me verbally, and your friends continued to do so as well

You all were banned for being toxic, propminges, and not listening to staff. As I was deleting what was built, After already giving a verbal warning for what was built you kept building in the same spot and respawning it in front of me.

As I was deleting it even, you were prop spamming duplicator everything I was deleting.

And you continue to berate me even after the fact.

I dealt with this the best way i could, and was lenient with some of your "friends" 

and if your friends are telling you to do the wrong thing after i told you it was wrong, maybe you need friends that actually tell you to do the right thing instead of being mingy

Everyone was warned, You cant even build on the street unless you are hobo/dwarf. I also warned you it didn't look like a toll, and you were making it worse stating something about jumping, even though I stated that wasn't allowed.

Again you were banned for propminge, harassment, and being toxic towards me and the server. 

I do not know if you truly apologetic or not, putting it everywhere that you got banned flaunting it doesn't show me a very positive attitude towards it. I do think this is thought out, however I've punished you on multiple occasions as well as banned you for 3d not to long ago, and you still have continued mingy behavior around me and towards me.

I've never really spoken to you, or based with you. Even in discord I find you to be extremely mingy and somewhat toxic. You misinterpreted our relationship because we never established one to begin with.

 You also blatantly were disrespectful during a sit that was involving you, claiming I should be have been demoted long ago, and building things behind me not taking any thing seriously, and completely disregarding me.

I do not agree with this appeal, I think you need a break. You have been extremely toxic in my opinion, and I feel you will continue this behavior after I let it go in a short time. You may be fine one day, but tomorrow I feel it wont be the same if let go.

If evidence I can help solve this, however as you haven't replied in a couple days I'm assuming this was resolved?
I'm not sure what you were banned for but most bans are light and only a couple of days unless you left the server, so this ban is prolly lifted by now..
