@Jouaram I was reviewing @Worked at the time and therealhp killed the someone right out of spawn and someone made a sit about it and the previous warn by @Sauger was throwing Worked off about how to warn him and I was going off the previous warn as well (which was kinda throwing me off as well) and how long the ban was for that warn, and I personally did not know what RRDM is, so we accounted that as just 4 RDMs (which means it was MRDM) instead of 'RRDM', the FAIL RP part of I did not see until just now which I don't think that should have been issued. So overall I was telling him since his last ban should have been up to a week that he should've banned him for at least two weeks, judging from the warns prior, which was a bit confusing and made a mistake on my part as well for telling him to extend it for two weeks cause of the confusing prior warn that was given. So the ban should be taken away and reduced to a 5m jail instead since it was RDM and not MRDM which are two different categories. Honest mistake on my part. The FailRP I don't think that should have been issued

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: If you played Saints Row 4 then you know how funny and awesome these things are and to bring it to aethernetwork as a crate would hopefully bring more people in to the server and generate money and playtime as a new crate

Hitmen/Assassins who died to the player who had the hit on should erase the hit IMO

+1 Refill swep is a good idea, I was thinking maybe something that you could place down and would have a small vicinity it covers like only the size of the bank and would either reduce the time it would take to deteriorate or something that would keep it full for 45 minutes

You guys don’t get the “permission to not view logs” message every once and a while? Cause I def do and it’s obnoxious when I just lose my logs in a sit

+1 He’s got you held at gun point too? Realistically I would like to have this in game, I don’t mind the logs we have now but it can be hard for new people to read and interpret it.

So if you have any videos of when this occurred it is encouraged that you reply in the comment section or edit the video in to the post or send it to one of the staff members for us to put on to here.

The staff handbook states this:

As far as the NLR: I don't think killing himself should count towards the NLR since he didn't die in a RP situation
As far as switching jobs mid raid: he did switch jobs during the raid, but he also reset himself at spawn

Smoke also shared a video with me that looks like Danny RDA'd someone outside PD but I don't know if that is a part of this report or not  and have not heard Danny's side of it..

I can see why Smoke would be upset but I'll let Jouaram decide what should be done

I think the way that it was handled after the situation is unfair to Danny, the way Jorticles spoke out about him in chat seemed like it could be low end harassment on his end that could’ve been handled much more differently for someone who has a staff application up on here…

Neutral on this app, here's why;

Seem to understand basic rules of the server and more

You are a chill guy in game and seem mature,

I think with a lot of time on the server and revised staff app you could make it in to the staff team

If you need any references on making the app alone I would check out the staff accepted page here to get a better understanding on how to make a detailed staff application in the future/present. SO GET TO EDITING!
