I don't see any video proof of this happening so all it really is right now is a he said/she said scenario. From what I see in other responses, you took it a step too far for killing other people that never told you that they were okay with that. I think jigsaw handled the situation like any other staff member would after being RDM'd. Any damage you do to someone that isn't for an RP reason can be considered RDM. Plus, you were jailed for 10m so I don't know what you were thinking when you proceeded to just RDM again right after being punished for it.

All you really did was AFK on the server and barley contributed before you left as well, such as not taking many ticket, playing a completely different game while you were on the server, etc.

I’m gonna have to agree with this point victus made, I do recall you doing this a lot personally. I know you were a senior staff member and all, I get that. But you hardly ever took any sits or moved in-game whatsoever.

If you do get the position however, It’s not an invitation to do the same exact thing once you get past the tmod stage because we are already working on weeding out the inactive staff. We will be holding you to a higher standard once you’re back on the team since you’ll have new higher ups than when you were up top.

With all of that said, I do believe you should have another chance to redeem yourself and shows us that you care about this position.

I understand, but I don’t think you saw the screenshot I provided with him saying how he was mostly targeting me for this because of a response I made on his staff app. That in of itself just disqualifies every point he has made on this report because it just shows what hoops he would go through just to lash out at someone giving him criticism and I was only agreeing with what baby man said and added a couple points of my own so I don’t understand why I was the target of his aggression.

In situations like these where staff are messing around it is very important that you actually know the people you're messing around with and are sure that they are okay with it. If you are messing around with people who don't know or like you, it looks very bad for the staff team.

It wasn’t his base, it was jigsaw’s base. He just had keypad access. That’s why I just thought it was only jigsaw in there. I’ve seen jigsaw’s advanced dupe there and that’s why I thought it would be funny to go do that. I already said I’ll take responsibility for my actions.

Not only that, when jigsaw asked me verbally to stop, I ran off and quit doing that. I wasn’t abusing any sort of power staying there forcing you to listen to the music

Lol I did that because I was messing around with what I thought was my friends base and from what I see, you’re the only one who had a problem with it. Jigsaw was completely fine with it and personally told me he only had a problem with Danny’s voice changer. That was my fault and I’ll be accountable of my actions.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?:

People don't play medic often and because of that, there is no way to fill armor. It is annoying having to kill bind as police just to get my armor back after getting out of an RP Situation. I see no reason why we shouldn't do this

There is an armor stand in pd, it’s when you press E on the vault. I agree that there should be at least an armor dispenser that’s exclusive to PD in lobby or so because it is annoying to have to go through every fading and locked door just to get 100 armor when it’s much easier to just kill bind.

I don’t think that’s true because you can always place a hit on them and it’s not like the mayor can just base elsewhere because it would be breaking the rules if they did.

The way you went about pinging the staff team the first time was wrong. But you learned from it and all you want to do is help the server. Your help in the last event was honorable and I think you deserve praise for it. I think if the people just talked to you instead of taking what you said in text on the discord channel in a bad way, they'd find out you're a genuine person. You definitely have a bit to learn being a staff member but I think you'd be a good fit.

From what happened today, I recall two sits I let you guys off of because I didn’t see any harassment at the time because I just joined the server, as this was already happening before I joined, and I blame myself for not thinking about spectating you guys while you and your friends followed that papa guy around harassing him calling him slurs and making fun of their deceased loved one. I told you twice that I don’t want to see you harass them anymore and once I saw it for myself, victus was already banning you guys for that same reason I would have given.

Secondly, no, You and your friends weren’t banned because they just associate with you. You are banned because you can’t prevent yourself from being toxic to the player base in-game.

Victus worked hard for the title he has and I stand by his decision to get you guys out of the server.

I understand the way he went about it may have been wrong but his intentions aren’t to hurt anyone’s feelings. He was really just trying to put into perspective on what is happening at that moment and expressing his need for assistance, he was understandably frustrated because he lost in-game currency because some of the moderation team, and I hate to say this, don’t do their job or aren’t on often enough to be staff and just expect the new people to take care of it.
